starl1te is correct and we are aware of this situation. Bossland and Hawker are currently trying to find a permanent solution and we take this serious.
I agree with this - we have moved Raphus onto server work and bought new machines. A lot of old WoW players have returned and are using their old HB keys so our server load has been immense in the last month. Hopefully our new setup will make sure that we can handle it.
