USERNAME based Login disabled for old Shop Users [HB]

To everyone that still used the old Username & Password Login for Honorbuddy.

We are moving the system, by now everyone should have received his new Key with the Sessions that he had on the Shop Account.

Please use this KEY as USERNAME in Honorbuddy, verify the password has been deleted, and then press Login.

On the next Release, we will remove the Username / Pass UI and replace it with the KEY UI.

If someone did not receive the sessions he had or did not receive the email, please register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with your email, and look if your Key appears there.

If this is not the case (no email, no sessions in buddyauth login), contact support@thebuddyforum.com and include your old Shop name, registered address, and the amount of sessions that were on the account / any other issues you have.

All new keys are lifetime. 3600 days is lifetime (10 years). If HB is still around in 10 years, we'll add another <free> 10 years. Support for our products will not change and will be as good as it has always been.

 

Update:

Now a 3rd Keyset was sent out. All previous keys are invalidated now.

Please Use the new KEY as Username.

The email you will get in an Minute is genuine and from us. Your Username & Pass login was deactivated.

If you did receive an email previously, PLEASE IGNORE IT. ALL PREVIOUS KEYS WILL BE DELETED. This is the corrected mail with the right Sessions.


This is an automated email. Your Shop Account was transformed into a key-based login, your key is <KEY>, it has <SESSIONS> sessions and can be used for 3600 days.


3600 days is just a number, do not get provoked by it, your key will not expire.
