      Blizzard vs Bossland (WOW) Hamburg - hearing on 4th December 2012

      Blizzard vs Bossland (D3) Hamburg - writ of injunction was lost in July 2012, still waiting for the written opinion of the court, so we can move to the next higher one

      But, we did not yet get any, and it can take up to five months. I was waiting, and hoping, it will be this week, it will be next week. It was not.

      All we can do is wait for the court to write down its opinion and send it to us.

      Bossland vs Blizzard (WOW) Munich - still waiting that Blizzard France gets the letter and probably answers at some point. Case started in March 2012.

      So it basically means that German law is the same as in crappy US of A ?

      this are the laws for demonbuddy right if hb dies on wow im done with wow anyways i wil go to xbox full game again.

      If Honorbuddy loses, how do things go down?

      Does Bossland basically disable authentication of the bot and obviously stop releasing versions? Or is there some means that makes it so the bot couldn't be used somehow? Thanks and of course I hope we win.

      If we lose, it will be most likely as with Demonbuddy, only applying for Germany.

      this is just silly blizzard fight over somthing that will never ever be stopped, ive play diablo 2 and Lod, Wow, even diablo 3 and botted and hacked all these games, there no way that botting/cheats can be stopped

      I see that it will be stopped in Germany just like DB, question I have is why are they only going after Germany. Is it because that is really the only place they could force Bossland into court?

      nope, it's because they assume botters will stop like MMOGlider did after they lost in the US.

      no first only germany with the diablo 3 bot in the beginning could be sold to any country nl uk evrything but except germany later on germany was also be able to sell diablo3. it wil go the same way as wow i think.

      That's something completely different. For diablo 3, right now we have a interim disposal against the distribution of demonbuddy in germany. But if the court does a judgment this can be used for the whole eu.
