Just a heads up, PQR 72 hour suspension wave, NOT HB

Its all over the place. PQR Banwave. Well temporary suspension. Anyways this is just a heads up. DO NOT USE PQR right now.

Source?? :: I have PQR but not HB on my other account/computer that I use ONLY for raiding. And I got a 72 hour suspension. The only program on that machine thats not legit is a pirated copy of Sims 3 and PQR.

 

I just recieved a perma ban and I havent used HB in a long time. I have been using PQR for a while and I guess they finally got detected

 

Also, PE got hit as well.

 

Used PQR a few weeks ago, moved to HB combat bot recently. 72 hour suspension with no prior offenses on any accounts.

I'm chalking it up to PQR, as well.

 

It's definitely PQR/PE. I only got suspended on my account that runs PQR/PE, not my HB-only account.

Yup - banned here too. Only used PQR a few times to test it out, guess that was enough times! I've appealed, was wondering if an appeal means a possible 72 hour ban as many have here or would they have banned me for 72 hours already and this is a perma ban?

 

It's happening! people are freaking out MANY heroic raiders perma-banned!

 

I got perma banned straight up, No prior warnings or bans on this account 6 years old acc Heroic raider my self.I will appeal i hope its all ok.Havent ever used Honorbuddy on this acc either.

 

Just appealed. Had me send in my identification. Said 72 hour ban is mandatory. Looks like ill just bot until then LOL!!!!!!

TO Blizz:: You can slow me down baby but you're NEVER gonna stop me. Ill bot my ass all the way up to lvl 100 and beyond. BOOSH!!!!

 

It'll be interesting to see who is left after the 72 hour suspension. I kinda figured something was up when people on the Blizz forums were saying their DPS raiders suddenly DC'd.

 

Got banned waiting for response, raider aswell.

 

72 hour suspension here. No prior offenses. Never raided, only used PQR for about a week until the PQI addon drove me to insanity. Someone in another thread pointed to the addon as a possible giveaway, as well.

 

What did you say in your appeal?Did you mention about any activite u did or just asked for the matter to be resolved or overlooked?

 

i sent in an appeal on one of the accounts that i just used as a raf. we'll see what happens lol

 

I can't decide if I want to appeal or not. I'm a sucker for honesty, and I can't outright fib to them saying I didn't do anything wrong. Obviously I did, else I wouldn't have had a bullseye on my head. I can find something else to do for three days. Personally I'm quite relieved that it's only 72 hours; many other folks have not been so lucky.

 

Don't ever appeal a 72 hour suspension, especially during a banwave. They won't lessen them ever, and you're pretty much admitting guilt.

I just got hit with 2 72-hour suspensions myself due to PQR.

One thing's for sure, if they start an HB banwave as well as PQR, my wow days are over. I have carpal tunnel from doing rotations manually for 5 years.

I can't and won't play without a rotation helper.

 

I'm glad I read your post... I just finished typing up an appeal basically admitting that I used it in the past but stopped. Just threw the idea out the window.

I guess I'll just fire up EQ2 and goof around on my toons there for a few days.

 

Its PQR-PQI-PE all three....and its not only 72 hour suspensions its permabans in alot of cases

 

Yeah, which sucks.

A lot of heroic raiders use PQR exclusively, there's going to be a huge fallout from this.
