      The templates written for getting your account back seem to be simple enough to write (type) so I thought I'd help out.

      Please put the following in your post;

      1. Reason that you were banned or suspended
      2. The amount of hours you botted by day (this is important for US)
      3. EU or US
      4. Number of Account
      5. Template Letter used
      6. End Result (Successful or Failed)

      Providing this information will be me the stats on what works and what doesn't, after approx few months I will make another thread putting in the best templates to use.

      Please note that these are not targetted at a specific reason since they're so many (about 10), so these are more general (you can edit it ofcourse)... I have put the editable text (required) in RED font which makes it more... targeted at you.

      Template A (Acting Clueless, Short Sentence & To The Point):

      To Whom It May Concern,

      After attempting to login to my account a message appeared stated "INSERT MESSAGE THAT YOU GOT", I'm unaware of anything I did wrong and would like my account reinstated along with the reason of why my account was closed.

      Template B (Account Closed, 24/7 Botter):

      To Whom It May Concern,

      It has come to my attention that my account has been closed, I wish to appeal this ban as I use my account very regularly and I am confused why I am unable to login to my account... actions put on my account need to be withdrawn as I think you have made a mistake, I play the game very regularly because I've recently became unemployed "INSERT SAD STORY HERE(OPTIONAL)" and have a lot more time on my hands (maybe too much time)... I would be very happy to get my account back and continue slaying the "INSERT FACTION HERE" in the battlegrounds.

      Template C (Claiming Hacked, Virus, Keylogger):

      To Whom It May Concern,

      I'm trying to log into my account and the message "INSERT MESSAGE HERE" is appearing and I'm unable to login! I've recently had problems with computer and that I think I have spyware as my PC as it has been running very slow, as well as getting disconnected from world of Warcraft quite often (maybe somebody trying to login)... I have posted on some forums and they've said I need to install antivirus software which is what I did, after scanning my computer there was lots of red text which showed viruses on my computer in which I have now removed.

      I'm not very good with computers so I didn't really know what to do until some people told me, I hope that I've removed all the viruses and that I can now play the game after you reinstate my account... I'm guessing that this was the reason that it got "CLOSED/SUSPENDED" in the first place due to my stupidity.

      Template D (Last Attempt, Final Last Hope Message):

      To Whom It May Concern,

      I am writing to validate that the utilization of Automation Software occurred on the account by my brother, he has recently revealed this information to me as I was completely unaware and very enraged to hear that he has been using my account without my knowledge... however I only have myself to blame since I leave my account details next to my computer on a sticky note as I do not have a great memory and this allows me to login simply (as my brother has shown).

      Clearly I have exchanged words with my brother explaining that what he did was wrong and that he can never use my account again because this leaded to the closure of my account in which I am greatly upset about, being able to play this amazing game brings me great joy and I wish to continue to that by gaining access to my account to be able to play again.

      I now no longer keep my account details on my desk and I shall have to get used to remembering my password, I take full responsibly of my account and that my own laziness has lead to this but I hope to be able to be given a chance to play again.

      I would change "could be edited" to MUST be edited since Blizz would quickly start to recognize that we too are using 'form letters' and the chances of any of them actually working would drop drastically. Take the above as good examples, but make your message your own. I've been lucky and haven't been suspended/banned yet, but I only do 1 toon at a time for just a few hours here and there.

      I wonder how many morons started sending unicorn pics, after the first guy, thinking it was a fail proof method.

      But I'd say chances of them working dropping is an understatement. I think the second they recognize these, it's a confirmation that you're a botter, and will just kill any chance you had at getting the account back.

      very interesting project Maybe useful for someone but not always. we can get some idea and fight back blizzard lol

      Thank you for contacting us concerning the recent action taken against the World of Warcraft account **********. While we understand your concerns regarding the status of this account, we take matters involving the integrity of the game environment very seriously.

      Please take a few moments to look over the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use), which all players agree to upon initially logging into the game.

      The Terms of Use state that you will not "...modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Game Client or the Service in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard" or "...use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the World of Warcraft experience..."

      Additionally, the Battle.net Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use) state that "You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of the Login Information, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you."

      Due to a second thorough review of the circumstances involved in this account action, we have made the decision to modify the previously communicated penalty. This additional review took into consideration a variety of factors including the history and standing of this account. Please understand that should another incident arise in the future, it is possible that a different outcome will be reached.

      Please review our in-game penalties policy (Account Penalties - Support - Battle.net Support) which states that "we must also factor in the severity of the infraction and how often the player has violated our policies in the past. Based on these factors, the penalty may be moved up the Penalty Volcano, up to and including Account Closure."

      If the previously issued action resulted in the closure of this account, the account has been reopened and access restored. Should any action be required in order to regain access to this account, an additional email will be sent from an @blizzard.com or @battle.net email address with further instructions.       Two totally different scenarios. You see these things work with HB because it is not detected. The things that get people caught are the behaviors in the game. Glider on the other hand, was detected. However, it has now been almost 4 years, so I don't know if they kept records that long. All in all, it is worth a try. What is the worst that can happen? You aren't out anything if they again tell you "No".

      didnt work... after i sayd the 24/7 one they said no further actions and i made a new ticket and they replys with "This penalty has already been upheld" how to i get past this?

      You make the templates sound too intelligent, make them sound dumb and worried, because it sounds like you have a job and/or have had good schooling or are currently enrolled in school. Which would leave very little time to bot, hence why you were banned! lol

      I used Template D and was unbanned within the hour. I did a small edit though, here it is: http://i.imgur.com/m2TTd.png

      I was botting 24/7 on EU realm while I also was selling gold. I was banned for abuse of the economy, but for botting aswell since they removed all my incoming mails from my AH-character.

      took me about 20 minutes approx to write, so I'm not really concerned lol
