I was slammed with a ***NOTICE OF LICENSE TERMINATION*** just a few hours ago. I told the truth and admitted I was botting. I also told them that I didnt read the Warcraft Terms of Use and EULA without begging or making up silly stories. The first reply back I got, they said they were not going to change there stance on my account ban and everyone accepts the Terms of Use and EULA before logging into the game. I replied back by argueing that just because they accept it doesn't mean they read it, I just accepted because I wanted to play and BAM! I got a reply back saying that they have changed it from perma ban to a 72 hour ban. Hope this helps and good luck.
