some more background infos. did you sell gold or transfered a lot of Gold between Toons? If no, write them an E-Mail that you never did and never will sell gold for real money or something. if there is no fact from bliz they will unban you, if there is something they will check this in the deep.
Look like you got busted selling gold, they don't like that too much.. I used to use a vanilla account on VPN and Proxy to sell with. If there was no IP change when you sold, it's more than likely a gonner.

There is no money in wow gold anymore. The time and investment is not worth the effort. Leave it to the chinese and get a job imo. I used to sell gold when it was 10$ k and 2$ per k. i made my money and bailed before it became worthless. Blizzard auto bans on 4k trades even then when you open a ticket they investigate and see what you have been doing. I got banned mid Heroic Rag for lending a friend 4k for raid. Had to open a ticket and tell them exactly what happened so they could verify it. If one thing you say is off your account is gone unless you have horseshoes in your ass.
thats what you got banned if you dont sell gold you should be fine most of the time like me i only bot for my self gold so my main healer has always the best things
