I've done a clean fresh install and ran as admin. Once clicking login I get the 2 following messages. Honorbuddy has stopped working. Windows is searching for a solution to the problem. (this happens immediately after clicking login) (following this) Honorbuddy has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. (click close program(no solution)) I've got all the required frameworks installed and have been running HB for 9months now and haven't seen anything like this before and never had any issues client side. Log attached, I can't see anything unusual, hopefully it's something on your end.
remove: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable restart your pc, download the installationwizard from here run it as administrator. after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ restart
Sorry I might not be searching properly because I'm not very tech-minded but I can't find these files. I can find framework 4, but i can't find the client profile or extended at all. Also I can't find the install location of microsoft visual either. I've searched both on my computer through the search engine and searched manually. Any tips or further advice?
