Can't instal honorbuddy pls help :(

Hello, i used to run honorbuddy without a problem.
But then out of the blue i started getting errors so i couldnt log in. I thought it was a server issue so i waited a week or 2 to see if it fixxed itself (the problem came out of nothing).
When i tried to fix it with the uninstal tool but it didnt work out so i wanted to reinstal honorbuddy.
I uninstalled it but when i wanted to reinstal it i get this error that some file isnt present in the instal package and that i couldnt instal honorbuddy.

The file "fil833E48CBBBDC0A8216FE41220F5E8B49' cannot be installed because the the file cannot be found in the cabinet file "honorbuddy.cab'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading fromthe CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

I managed to fix it, i was saving some plugins on my desktop for when i reinstal it. when i removed those the instal miraculously worked. I guess that folder made it bug.
