Hope you'll read this Kick, since I couldn't post it in your original thread.
I'm leveling a Monk and am currently lvl 58 and in the beginning of outland.
From the moment it arrived in outland it wanted to use flying mount even though your profile recognized that I'm under lvl 60.
In WoW it just keeps saying Requires Expert Riding Skill and it changes mount all the time.
      Hope you can help

strange, i'm currently levelling a character in outlands now and it worked totally fine from 58+.

are you using bot config > ground mount farming? i turned it on just in case and it worked great from the get go.

only issue i'm having at the minute is that it seems to run through hostile mobs while heading to objectives, ignoring them, then deciding to turn around and fight when it has already pulled enough to kill it easily.

Ok I didn't get to try out you fix, since I chose a grinding profile instead to lvl 60. Now I just have another issue, the profile insist on grinding to lvl 62 now and as I recall it used to do quests in Hellfire before Zangar? I'll add my newest log
And now it hit 62 and goes on grinding for level 64!?
Al right as far as I can see it wants to grind all the way through Outland... Why is that!?
