If you have done alot of quests in Uldum, this profile will not work for you! I've only done the quests to unlock the portal, and I am able to see and kill these mobs. You can, however still use the PB profile on any other cloth farming profile if you want to make it use elixirs and open treasure boxes. But if the profile isn't in Uldum you will have to remove the part that makes it take the portal. Hey there - I made a profile to farm embersilk cloth. The spot is with quite fast respawn rate and there are more than enough mobs so you won't run out of mobs to kill. The mobs are not aggressive so there are no risks for adds. Features: Take portal from SW/Org to Uldum. (This means you don't have to move near the location, you can just start it in your capital city) Uses Elixir of Treasure Finding when needed if you have any. Will open the Tiny Treasure Chests from before mentioned elixir. (NB: Ingame autoloot HAS to be enabled!) Outputs to log how many Treasure Chests it has opened, so you get an idea of the drop rate or w/e. Map of farming and repair/mail spot: It's a ProfessionBuddy Profile, you need to load View attachment Cloth Farming.xml in PB and put View attachment Embersilk Cloth.xml in HB/Plugins/ProfessionBuddy/Profiles/HBProfiles/. I recommend using the plugin Mr.ItemRemover and have it delete some of the junk that drops (grey items and water/food). This will give you fewer town runs and more cloth/hr. Another nice plugin for this is Gift Of Flight. Without this, your toon will run to town when needed and back again, killing all the mobs on the way. Thanks to no1knowsy for helping to make the profile compatible for horde. Known bugs: None.
Hi I dont understand this. The package wants to load HBProfiles\Embersilk Cloth.xml but this file doesnt exist anywhere. Can you provide the correct file or tell us how to resolve? Thank you
Hmm.. When saving as .package, the profile should be packaged with it. I've added the HB profile also so you can put it in HBProfiles\
not sure this is my first time using anything like this. I found the file though but it was located Honorbuddy\Plugins\ProfessionBuddy\Temp\HBProfiles\Embersilk Cloth.xml so i linked to that instead. now it appears to be running but my toon is just flying to different points, to schnott'z landing laborers and then flying away again over and over.
i have like 50open slots now and pr is at 45, king now though, i used the new embersilk file you posted which was considerably different than the previous one. Thank you
Ok for the moment just load that one in grind bot. I need to fix the PB part as it is obviously bugged. ^^
I've farmed this for hours with a lvl 85 toon. So it must be a quest that removes them. Could you check out Temple of Uldum if those mobs are gone too?
New version of the profile is up. I removed flying to town and back, as it was bugging too much. PB doens't integrate too well into grind profiles when it comes to town runs. Instead you can use the plugin i suggest in the OP. Also added logging how many treasure chests it has opened so you can see how many you've gotten.
Yep! There are some Schnottz guys there. Does the profile work in this location? Edit: There are also some a little north of the Temple. Maker's Ascent may be a possibility for geared 85s who can aoe.
You can edit the Embersilk Cloth.xml with new hotspots and faction and it should work just as fine. The Embersilk Cloth.xml that I'm providing is just an example, all the cool stuff is in the PB profile and it doesn't care where you're farming - as long as you're in Uldum.
I might update this to be a template PB profile for farming cloth in any zone you want - you just load your own profile and check what zone you want to use in the settings in PB.
Recieved 72h suspension after 6 hours using your profile, GM told me too many mobs were killed in a row
You should appeal. They have no actual proof other than that you killed alot of mobs in a row for 6hrs. Write them a serious and well written letter explaining you'r innocent and you might get unbanned. Gl
Not the profiles fault. We didn't force you to use it. Bot at your own risk! (Since this is your first post, and your account was created today, I'm just going to assume you made this spam message to try to scare others away from using this profile because it's awesome)
Well, sorry for making such an awesome profile. I've used it for several hours in a row without any problems though. btw anyone else who used it who can report successes/failures with the profile? Hasn't been much feedback on it except for the phasing problems >_>
