Bot used to run at the gate, jump, dismount, remount etc at the start of Kotmogu BG because it thought the starting area was on the other side of the gate so it thought it was stuck. Just changed the starting coordinates for horde. Here's the profile guys: (If you don't wanna download mine or if the issue exists on Alliance as well just put in your own coords takes 2 seconds) Just put it under default profiles ---> BGbuddy and you're good to go.
