Hey guys. So here's the story. I bought my Life-time key some years back. And about 1? year ago I stopped playing wow for a while. I came back to the game roughly about 2-3 months ago, and wanted to log on here to get my key so I could bot again on my 2nd account. However the system changed from back when i used HB last time. So I wasent able to get my key back by the Buddyauth system. I made a forum post and tony helped me out, and I got my key back - however I could still not see it on buddy auth. 2? week ago I had to format my pc due to some laggy problems. And now I had the same problem as before, I couldnt find my key on Buddy auth. I write a email to support, and they reply that my key belongs to someone else?! I send screeenshots by old emails from Bossland / + tony. And havent recived any answers yet. Its been 2 WEEKS now.. That I've waited to get my key back - why is this taking so long? You got my invoice numbers, you got my emails - what is the problem? Im sorry for maybe sounding rude, but this cant take that long. Can you please help me get my key back and make sure my key appears on buddy auth so i never ever have to do all this trouble again? - Thanks in advance!!
Please go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and register with the email account that you used when you purchased the bot and your key should be there. If not, please send an email to support@thebuddyforum.com with your name, email, and payment information so that we can get the issue resolved.
Unfortunately I do not handle emails. You will have to be patient. Please note all keys are on buddyauth under their registered email address.
