Not sure about game breaking, since it would technically make everyones accounts much safer imo. Running around at level 90ish from botting while having level 1 masters is a giant red flag. There are a ton of masters quests tho. So trying to code / test for every single one would be extremely time consuming. I have no doubt there are private master plugins out there. I would guess half of the quests would be rather simple to code for (im using simple very loosely here). Haku quests would be kinda simple. The timed ones would require disable combat and running to the end. Vagan seems to be the easiest. Vorici seems near impossible. 100% possible with whats available in the API. A masters plugin really wouldnt affect RTM too much (would need another plugin to do the daily conversions), so i am kinda surprised one hasnt been released publicly. But then again, it seems like a lot of work. Would be a great project for a new aspiring dev to take on!
I doubt that low lvl masters is a red flag. Many people dont give a fuck about them. And from coding point, only Vorici seems (nearly) impossible to make.
TLDR: Master levelling integration is needed and it only needs to be a couple of quests each master to be viable. How can we as a community get this into a dev cycle for EB integration? Slight necro of thread, but it is the most recent master's discussion and I don't want to make 'yet another master' thread. by itself it's not a definite 'botter' flag, but it is an obvious sign and with a few other potential flags does narrow it down a lot. I make sure on every new league to hand-play the first char and get a few levels on the masters and at minimum get a hideout. I fucking hate the fact that each new league means regrinding master levels and would buy an expensive supporter pack if it meant having master levels/hideouts ported into new leagues. Yes there are master groups, how many of you join them though on your bot acct? I avoid external contact altogether so zero chance of being caught out (had it happen once). I've said in the past, the easiest way around this is to only code certain quests. We do not need every single quest coded, only 2-3 'easy' ones per master. As an example, when the bot finds a master with a quest that is not coded, it skips/declines it, otherwise it would do it. It's certainly not the fastest way to level masters, but over time, you will slowly level each master which is all that is needed. Would make currency farming that much more lucrative in new leagues as you would have access to crafting on which ever bot acct you enabled it. Even Vorici has at least 1 quest that is simply 'go kill this guy' or 'free the muggle' which is a simple case of go kill. What I'd seriously like to ask is what we can do (as the community) to get something in production? I'm sure most of the well known dev's are busy with their projects, but is there some way to officially flag this as 'we really want this feature even if it is just a lite version to start with'? Serious question: What can we do get this project started? I'd almost be willing to fund someone to make one, but the problem with private stuff like this is the constant need for updating as the game changes. Better to have something official or community orientated that gets updated regularly for everyone.
even if someone just did a plug in for Vegan and Elreon. they seem the easiest. Vegan is just combat or destroy dummies. Elreon is defend relic. feed souls. destroy relics. At least it would give people an option to level masters, heck if someone has private versions i'm sure people would even pay for it. I know I'd buy a master plug in.
I'd be happy just with a plugin that would make loud sounds and pause the bot when a master is detected so I could do it manually. Im sure ive missed 100s of masters while watching tv and bot is just doing its thing grinding
There is, ToNyx revived it. AlerterReloaded. Ok it doesn't pause the bot, but it notifies you when a master is encountered. Takes a -little- to set up, but if you have any issues post it and we can help.

It's because you all think doing a master is just one toon. One can have 5 other toons as decoys, where as the main toon will DPS target or do what's needed.
Agree with the gamebreaking statement, imagine a new league, some1 with master plugin puts 20 bots running and finding master, feed the quests to a few selected toons, get masters 8 first, control the early craft economy, get $$$. Why would any1 share a sure monopoly and decrease by a lot his profits? It would be like the 20% quality recipe, in the hands of 1 controlled group it was a huge profit, as soon as it got out, good bye profits. We will never see the master plugin unless you code it yourself or pushdex iships with the beta/release.
The one that is able to make plugin to lvl up masters and run 20 bots at once dont give a fuck about standing in the hideout for those 10c fee for the first week(s) of league.
