I guess you could try creating a profile with the opposing factions IDs as targets, and set the MaxTargetLevel to that of your choosing, though does HB target players outside of BGs?

The outdoor pvp is dieing. So I want to bring more hatred to the opposing factions in the world of Azeroth I often participate in mass murders but the folk is so passive. I think I could greatly improve situation if 5-10 bots could fly and exterminate a location
I know, but as a basic start it would work surely? I mean, if you're flying around at level 80 and set the TargetMaxLevel to, say, 65 and fly around Hellfire in Outland?
First of all, HB doesn't support flying mounts so you couldn't fly around, you would have to use your ground mounts.
