[PB][N] 1-600 Herbalism & Mining - By Lbniese (Fully Automated!)

Not sure if this is just me but when in the 470ish range of herb/mine the bot flys from Hyjal to Dustwallowmarsh, takes the boat to menethil then flys to Ironforge instead of taking a portal from Hyjal to SW. Also the bot gets stuck waiting for the bot in Dustwallow and doesn't move.

I would attach a log but its something minor and not profile breaking worthy.

 

Okay, this is incredibly frustrating. This profile has worked flawlessly up to 450 and now it is no longer gathering nodes. It just flys around Sholazar Basin for a couple of minutes when all of a sudden both HB and WoW close. Here are some logs. I tried deleting caches, fresh install of HB/profbuddy...help!

I'm having the same issue so I've been loading the profiles manually instead of the 1-600 one.

My mining and herb skills are on over 200 but it still farms the low lvl areas (1-75) but why?

 

Loading manually doesn't seem to change anything for me.


@Fexx- You're going to have to provide a log. Very hard to diagnose HB problems based on symptoms.

Yeah it seems there are some serious issues with these profiles. Hopefully we get a response soon.

 

Same thing is happening to me. The funny thing is I am currently running two accounts. The primary account is doing exactly what you described, the secondary made it through the Basin and is now working in Hyjal. This does not make any sense to me. I also tried deleteing caches, fresh install. I am assuming its the exact same problem. If we need logs then sure I will provide.

EDIT: Ok so it seems operational right now. What I did was a few steps (basically the troubleshooting in OPs post):
Emptied Bags
Emptied Mailbox
Repaired
Deleted Cache.

After I did these i ran the profile starting in stormwind right at the front gates. Its currently flying to the basin but picking up both herbs and ore, so this is a positive sign. The only problem it had was it seem to get caught up on something while leave the boat once it arrived in northrend. I simply stopped then started the bot and it picked up. I will report back once it gets to sholazar or if any errors occur since i do know others are having the same problem as me.

EDIT2.0:Everythign is going good, successfully farming in the basin, i think its safe to say it saved that problem. will return in the morn, if anything went wrong

Not sure why this thread isn't supported better than it is...perhaps my problems just came at a bad time. Anyway, I was able to finally solve my issues by hand leveling until both mine/herb were 450 (only herb was 450 when I originally posted). I then had to manually go train and the profile started working again.

 

Non-automated set, and seems to be issue on automated script

Late bloomer to this profile, but it worked great in northrend, even emailed my alt like I told it too. When I ported back to durotar And loaded up the Hyjal profile. I stepped away for a few minutes and found my corpse west of darkshore, rather than just going north to mt hyjal. After flying to hyjal, I restarted and the bot gathered a few on its way back west. Not sure what's going on, where the bot thinks hyjal is. After taking a zep to the other side of the world and starting in uldum, I loaded that profile, and again, I find the bot summoning my flying mount, gathering the minerals I have selected as it travels northbound toward stow wind and then off to the ocean.

I downloaded and updated the files today via svn, I haven't opted yet to use the fully automated set yet, I'm stockpiling so I have enough for smithing, not mine-leveling, I have net.4, and the log files were empty other than what nodes I went to, total mined etc, and that the bot was stopped and started by me.

Some issues after the 450 range, when Im using it just doesn't think there is a portal to main city from Hyjal. I've started using specific 450-525 profiles or by zone at this time. Maybe we'll find out whats wrong by a pro here

 

worked fine for one toon but now mining 275 herrbing 225 it has no idea where to pick herbs that level it up. Its in felwood but everything is grey.
I turned off mining to let it try and catch up herbs but it cannot find an herb that levels it.,

 

Does it automatically sell ores and herbs on the AH?

Yes, it does. But its optional, you can turn it off if you want too.

 

i was having this problem as well. i guess the automation of changing between profiles is wonky atm, for now you can manually load the next mining/herb ranges profile and it will work again

 

232 herbalism, disabled mining dont need it

I was happy to see that some one made a profile, like this - I am using it atm only for herbalism.

I have attached a Zip with 2 logs, and 1 picture of what I was getting for the 9 hours of running it.

Hope you get it to work, I do like the idea!
