EU I know it's kinda obvious that they would notice me if i go afk when i bot dungeonbuddy (mop hc's) but yeah just wanted to warn ppl that they should not use dungeon buddy in mop instances (dont know about the other instances) and i only got banned for 72 hours, i dont think they really care unless i get reported cuz they get their money anyways, botters make them earn money so, as i said if u get reported they have to take action so the "reporters" dont get too dissapointed (just saying)
I think most people know not to go afk in the MOP dungeons with dungeonbuddy just yet unless you are running a 5 man team, so with a little research you could have saved yourself from being flagged.
well i used bg bot very much tho only when i sleep for like 6-7 hours never got suspended or anything
The BGbot is safe, as long as you dont overuse it like 12 hours+ a day, it is very important to have "Biobreaks" when botting, nobody plays for 12 hours in a row, not bg, not farming. Greetings Sven.
i totally agree with the breaks i might bot 2h in a row and then maybe switch char or logging out and waiting
bg bot is and never will be safe unless some major changes are going to happen to the bot. If you care for your account, dont bot in bg. The random chat in bg is not about who takes a flag or tower now, but who bots and how to report em. Theres vids on youtube, showing people how to spot bots, these are linked in bg's to help people report. I dont get one thing, so many reports on it, in the right thread and still after months... this bg buddy is acting retarded as ever. No bio break will change that. People see you botting. They do report you. it does not matter what you do. And devs, just cause blizzard obv cares less about botters now, does not mean your bg buddy doesnt need a serious overhaul.
Well i would like to say botting at all is not safe cuz there always is this risk ur taking when u do bot, but there is always ways to make ur botting less "obvious", but there will come a time when u do get noticed by blizzard and they take action. but i dont see any "wrongs" in botting actually since it's kinda good for those who dont got time to gear up all the time or get money etc etc. so yeah, Make botting legal!
Not trying to flame here, however you cannot ask this to be "legal" , we all here know that it can destroy servers economy and if EVERYONE did it and there was no repercussion, gold would be like German Currency after WWI before WWII
/tinfoilhat Maybe this is why we have not heard anything about project "Titan" Blizz are going to put afk modes (bots) in the game and don't want anyone to know as it would damage their arguments about botting on wow.
Bgbot is a great risk, The more players you are botting with, The more reports you might get on yourself. The best advices to avoid getting reported in BGbot is *Use it at night time only, when the majortity is bots *Dont over use it, Take breaks, * Try to keep an eye on the game, Like set a role and type something in chat " damn all these bots" or something, If i see it is people talking i usally say " Damn all these bots, im just gonna set follow on one cba this game" * Do IOC and AV!!!!! with the amount of bots nowdays, 70% will be bots at night time, ATLEAST. In a 10-15 man people often care to report since its less players, But in a 40 man people dont care because its to many. My advice to bot alot safer.
and still no dev reporting in... shows how much they care about failbuddy in bg atm. even if you dont re-route the maps, you can still make em not fuck up at entrances.. cause at every bg the bot fucks up by starting allr. do a wsg, and see what i mean. care more plz.
Ohhhh, My bad But still in a Dungeon it is very easy to get busted for botting. Imo that one is by far the most risky one to use.As teamplay is a factor
Digging up the old Thread, just to let you know i wouldn't recommend you using the BG Bot anymore until they got new paths, i got banned from it, so have been many others.
the bg bot did got his overhaul and thats what fucked it up imo. Since they say, instead of following click to move paths, the bot is pulsing the map now. Weird thing is, ever since they changed it to this, the ban reports kept coming and coming...stay out of a bg, and dont bot on main accounts / farm till this gets sorted, seriously! And yes fanboys, i know not every bg has been scripted, but most did, and it is fucked up. Normaly you would see where a bot would go, now if they "see" you, you get 10 -15 on you instant... and at the same time, that movement is even more bot like then the previous one was!
anyway about DungeonBuddy.. i am leveling 5 days straight in dungeons only (hence questing, BG and GB2 is fucked) and nothing.. at last i am in old content, soon im going to WOTLK dungeons, i´ll see here.. but yeah MoP Dungeons might be fishy.
