NEW 1-60 GRIND Compilation Thank you to all those who take their time building profiles. I present to you something we can have some fun with: 1-60. This compilation is a mixture of the best profiles out there. Please feel free to make changes and post so I can evaluate and update the profile. I only have a couple of things I like to ask the community: - Post your issues and stay on topic please. Post your log too! - If you fixed something, post so I can make the necessary changes on the original. - Please be courteous. Lets try to help everyone and ignore a bad choice of wording. Sometimes we do choose the wrong words and our intensions are miss understood. I cant even post credits because it has literally a little bit from everyone. So, Thanks everyone. Just finished a warrior to lvl 60 with major changes in order to make profile more effective. I've tried to change areas within 2-3 levels so that way its not only faster but also safer. One thing I had decided to do was to run it as a noob.... meaning NO HEIRLOOM! Run was successful and changes are complete as of right now. I'll be working on 58-70 Profile so any problems with this Profile should be posted ASAP. In a month I should be running it again with cloth (mage or lock). Leather, Mail and Plate are more than fine for this Profile. This Profile starts in Mulgore. I have gray, whites and waste set to sell on repair. Location change goes as follows: Mulgore - Camp Narache 1-4 - Red Cloud Mesa 4-6 - Stonebull Lake 6-8 - Thunderhorn Water Well 8-10 - Golden Plain 10-12 Barrens - Cross Roads 12-14 - Road to Ratchet 14-17 - Raptor Grounds 17-20 - Bramblescar 20-23 - Blackthorn Ridge 23-26 Ashenvale - Splintertree Post 26-29 - Felfire Hill 29-32 Desolace - Thunder Axe Fortress 32-36 - Kodo Graveyard 36-40 - Grimtotem Compound 40-44 - High Wilderness 44-46 - FrayFeather Highlands 46-48 Tanaris - Thistleshrub Valley 48-52 - Golakka Hot Springs 52-57 Sithilus - The Crystal Vale 57-60 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aug 15 2010 - Added a couple of blackspots on the higher levels. Leveling a Pally and got stuck in a couple of places. Fixed! - Sep 24 2010 - Added more hotspots to Desolace, Feralas, and others. Major changes on Desolace and Feralas really kicked up HP. Worth sticking to it as of now. -Oct 10 2010 - Final updates added after 3 runs with the profile. Major Changes in Silithus lvl 58-60 areas. Third run w/o Heirloom is complete and successful. Desolace is faster than any other profile to my knowledge. New Blackspots in all areas and lots of new Hotspots.
Im sure that is most peoples question lol. Desolace suckssssss. Which is where all the other profiles are for.
With this profile desolace wasn't nearly as bad as the others i have used, I was getting 25kxp per hour with my warlock, on the other ones i was getting 8-10k.
Nice. Appreciate the feedback. I will give this a run later. I ran one of the other ones I have last night and only avged about 12k xp/h on my rogue.
Sorry my lack of replies guys... busy week. I know we dont like DESOLACE and 9 levels in that place seems like a lot, but I think I was able to do something good compared to the other desolaces we have seen. - There are more hotspots. - The toon farms more kodos (skipped a lot on previous ones). - There is less "looking for and running around" and more action. keep me informed about it and lets change it if you guys have more ideas tell me them. PS... this is a pure Grinding profile. NO QUESTS. I want to work with what I think is safe before start messing with something else.

28-31 I was getting 35k xp/hr on my hunter in Ashenvale. Going down to 27k xp/hr now that I'm 33 seems stupid.
In my blog there's a link to a 30-40 profile in Desolace that gets much higher xp per hour. Might want to include that.
I just took a look at it. It is the exact same one we have in the 1-60. I have made some changes to it. 31-35 is a bit slower than other places but 35-41 is a lot better. Let me know how it plays out.
This is really a great grinding profile! I'm at feralas now and just tearing through everything as a shadow priest. Thanks!
I'm 48 Shami. Run in Dwustalow Marsh into group of 53-57 foes on the bridge to Theramor Isle. So, haven't you tested yourself your profile ???????
Yes, I have run this profile myself and didnt see that error. Im looking here, you should be in Thristleshrub Valley at that point. Where were you before hitting the mob? Did you start HB from somewhere and just allowed him to go to the grind area? See What happens when you start HB in FrayFeather Highlands and report please.
For the absolute fastest and best way from 30-40, I really suggest grinding in Arathi Basin from 30-36 (possibly 35) and then going to Dustwallow Marsh until 40. I burned through those levels much faster that way. I know its a pain stopping at 30, going to another continent, then coming back at 35 (or 36) but for the amount of time it has saved me, it's well worth it.
