whenever i try to finish the Dreadwaste quest line for the Klaxxi i keep wanting to pick up a quest from a questgiver to whom it has already completed the quest. and i can not get the bot to skip and forget picking up that quest.

Luckily I got thundering skies again today.
Here is the log.

Basically what happens is that it targets a cloud serpent and runs after it. it aggro's mobs and kills them then continues chasing wind serpents without ever casting on them. It eventually got to a stationary cloud serpent on the ground which the serpent aggro'd me when I walked on top of it. as you can see there was no common spell casted to pull this mob. it simply did its arcane rotation from combat. after killing the stationary wind serpent it stood there afk because there were no serpent's in range any longer. A serpent eventually paths to me and he goes on chasing again without ever killing.

edit: the stationary cloud serpent respawned and I witnessed it walk close to it and cast frostfire bolt, so any time it's on the move it will never pull it it seems. the same issue is present on hunter. I don't think i've ever seen the issue present on warrior, so taunt works fine in that case it appears. also, to reiterate it only casted on a out of combat stationary wind serpent. Any serpents other people were attacking it failed to attack and it never pulled down patrolling serpents.

The navigation to the serpents appears to be straight line as well which is quite problematic for this area with all these walls, trees, hills, and objects in the way. it doesn't attempt to avoid walls, but ignores this and runs into them till it loses its target windserpent.

 

Originally I had it rotate between 2-3 hotspots for Serpents, attempt to aggro one, and if none then fly to the next. I'm leaning towards that setup again. I think what I'm going to do is reconfigure it to move to an area, attempt to cast a spell if in range, if not move on. Its gonna take me a little to test this out...even to program. Patience!

 

Not sure how you got to the coords where you died. All I got from your log was you finished your quests, and got the command to go turn in. It accepted the command to flyto the turn in location. 1 minute later, its throwing a pathing issue where you are ~2500-3000 yards away from where you should have been. Where were you when you died? Are you outside Pandaria (like out to sea somewhere) or between islands when you died? There is no command in the bot to go to the coordinates it got stuck at. I'm not sure how you ended up there.

When I logged into my computer from work today the exact same thing had occurred on my DK. He was northwest of the shado-pan quest hub. Don't have a log right now but I can provide one tomorrow if you need it.

This is awesome.. two questions. How did you get this thread started in April of '12 before Pandaria (I'm assuming it is a thread with its name changed).. and.. Why is it that every profile you do is better than any other profile I've ever used. Ever. Question mark. Dinner is on me tonight.

 

Having a issue with it wanting to grind @68 in LK questing mode.
Fresh install, start it up no errors I can physically see , Singular cc

 

There is an issue with quest "Do the Imp-Possible". Bot just keeps on grabbing imps and then goes to the area where youre supposed to release it, then to try and turn it in (one big continuous circle).

this quest is bugged on some servers and not bugged on others

you skip it by commenting out that pickup... or

by switching to the next profile (and going to that profiles start location ... i think deepholm starts in orgrimmar, min level 81)

 

I've been developing questing since Jan 2011. It just keeps getting better and better with the more behaviors that we develop, logic that's there, and the bug reports that everyone gives me (and my personal bot army that bugs out a lot, too)

but anyways, you must delete your hb/cache/ folder everyday (everytime the quests reset) if you plan on questing

I think u gave me the wrong log

 

Thats my log from today, I turned the bot on before work, it works for like 30-40 then i will come back and he will be standing still afk for long periods of time.

I cut it off so it could be uploaded, the rest of the log was all that error reapeted that I pasted. I also deleted honorbuddy all the way out and re downloaded and added your quest behaviours and plugins again and I ran it for 2 hours came back same thing happened. He stood still not hitting or questing. Gonna reinstall again and see if it happens.

 

Well that seems to be happening to people in Grind Bot.. No idea why there's a lot of problems in MoP. Kick, your profiles truly are great.. is it real difficult to do questing ones? I would like to develop profiles beyond the scope of ZapRecorder.

 

I haven't read through the whole thread I admit. When doing Klaxxi dailies, I follow the mind controlled Klaxxi pets that people have.
