(and its half true tbh since i dont bot completly afk, maybe sometimes i tab out or im doing things for work on secondary monitor) hb was so helpfull and i dont want to abandon it, but i cant ricsk to be permabanned suggestions?
what you are doing at the moment you are suspended has NOTHING to do with why you were suspended. It doesn't happen in real time, they flag account for ban / suspension many days in advance. it could be for something they detected 2 weeks prior, or 2 days. Getting detected for 3-4 hours per day of questing is VERY unusual. certainly never happened to me over who knows how many 1000s of hours for numerous toons. you sure nothing else was going on on this account recently, especially BG honor farming or gatherbuddy?
Interested to know if you had ever used HB for gathering/etc, too, as your description of your activity is 100% the same as mine except that I occasionally gather for mats to level professions (and always attend those sessions). Any chance you ever either did BG (even attended) or AH botting? I specifically avoid those. Any chance, even though you were attending the bot during Kick's profiles, that it went into Grind mode? I've had mine go into Grind mode a few times and immediately took over and made sure it got back to questing. Otherwise all I can guess would be that there were other botters who recognized your quest pattern (and the occasional very obvious stuck areas that can happen even when attended for a few seconds) and reported you. I know I've been able to -easily- notice people running Kick's ... especially now with cross-realm. I still do it but I'm a bit paranoid about it.
think in past weeks from time to time i actually did few bgs, mostly AV to reach honor cap for buying gear at 90, but 99% of the use i did was questing.. in the mail was written the name of the toon i was logged at the moment i was kicked: that means that the char they think was a bot is that? or its irrilevant and they could have a report on another toon of same acco? what can i do? should i write something and appeal? this suspension give me no chance to use hb in the future?
