That title got me confused....Permanent Account Suspension....Permanent its forever and Suspension means you will get it back after some time.. And for what you should do is follow what they say, which is kinda ironic " Please be advised that these actions apply only to this account will have no effect on any new accounts you may wish to create" There saying why dont you create another account spend your moneys and they then will see if you bot again...wtf lol
honestly... i had to smile a little. how they banned your account: they klicked something, and bam it was banned. Why did they do it: Well... you broke their rules, and got caught. nothing wrong about this What should you do now: Start a new account, or stop playing WoW if you choose to start a new account, and dont want to loose it that time... easy solution: DON'T BOT, don't break their rules
but permanent is really high punishment for second ban i wrote tickets but they are always giving the same answers

Looks like an obvious player report, so many people on flying mounts people get around a lot faster and grindbot is more obvious without autoreply or monitoring 100%.
Not really. If you got caught the first time then the 2nd time they seen you doing it again in under so many months..Its not a high punishment
