THey said I was using a 3rd party program. I replied something like I know nothing about a so called 3rd party program. I answered like I had no idea why I was banned and that I was playing and suddenly got disconnected. This is the reply I got: Good afternoon, Your account was permanently suspended due to the use of a third-party programme for Botting, which is against the Terms of Use (http://eu.blizzard.com/en-gb/company/legal/wow_tou.html). We take this issue very seriously and would not look to re-activate this account under any circumstances. It is with regret that we have to take this type of action, however it is in the best interest of the World of Warcraft community as a whole, and for the integrity of the game, that we have cancelled your access to the World of Warcraft servers. Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. If you should wish to create a new account, you will need to obtain a new and unused CD key with a retail copy of the game.
