Don't you ever waste your money on unban services. Just appeal yourself until you get the answer "This penalty is upheld." But most probably that account is gone forver.

btw, can someone from honorbuddy community help to restore at least 1 character from banned account or pay fine for restoration ?
you cant pay fines or restore characters. the account is gone, you can try calling as well if you can make up a good story that you got hacked. if you have mounts and achievements you the battlenet you want to preserve, just add another WoW account to it.
