Aight so i had my main account banned for 72h for botting. http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/ban-section-ban-reports/106166-banned-13-feb-2013-a.html Now when i check my mail, i received this: Just to clarify something. THIS IS A STARTER EDITION. It's not even upgraded to a battle chest or anything! I made this half a year ago and i dont even think i ever had any characters on it. I dont care about this account the slightest. But why do blizzard perm ban a starter edition when i havent done ANYTHING on it?
Because they permbanned another account on the same IP/MAC adress and ofcourse they can ban your other accounts on your battle.net.
I know they can ban other accounts. The thing im wondering about why they said it has been used in Gold Selling. As i have never done that. My main account was NOT Permbanned. Only a 72h ban. So the IP/MAC adress story doesn't add out.
I had a GM clear out a bunch of starter edition accounts i had. But the number still kept going up when i made new accounts
