Paid I botted all day supervised (except to get up to use the bathroom or get food), at night I would just uses Questing profile. When I got banned, it was right after I decided to take a break from a questing profile and do a BG, literally 10 minutes after I joined the BG I was banned (I was watching it), no PMs or anything, just logged out. Tried to login and it advised the account was banned when I tried to log back in. Appealed the ban, denied. I agree its primarily BGBuddy that they are watching.
Ya after that ban I activated another account I wasn't using, and also purchased another copy since its only $35. I didn't run BGBuddy at all, only questing profiles, they were both banned within about 2 days. I cannot tell you if it's from a player report, IP trace, credit card or what. I do remember someone randomly coming next to me in the game, asking me where I was going...I answered after about 15 seconds (not instantly) but before I answered he already said "BOT, reported"...I wasn't even doing anything besides walking...I'm done botting...it gets retarded when you have people randomly whispering you or coming next to you to check and see if your a bot, if you don't answer at their pace, they report you...when they report, blizzard looks at your system and checks i'm sure..and if they see a bot or previous cases with your IP, your banned. I'm wondering if its even worth attempting to purchase again to have it banned again. Maybe I'll try purchasing a physical copy and trying. TOO many risks: 1. Someone randomly reporting you (I've had it a lot recently) 2. Previous bans - (do not even know if they are frequently scanning or what) 3. Too many glitches, gets stuck frequently, basic routines/movments are too obvious Right now I'm just trying to play the game ...without bots and worried how that will roll over, does anyone have any experience with purchasing the game after a ban? I know people have 30 accounts and only so many bans and all that but I only want 1 account but am not going to waste my time and money if they will just ban it again (without bots).
