[Plugin] Blacklister - Increase Your Nodes Per Hour

My projects are no longer being updated, just don't have the time, anyone is welcome to take over any projects i have.


In light of my birthday i decided to be generous and give to the community one more time. Blacklister came about when i had the idea of a plugin that could
bypass farming nodes based on NPCs near those nodes, after collaboration with an amazing plugin writer, Kamilche, money, time, sweat, and tears Blacklister
was created.

What is Blacklister?
Blacklister is a Honorbuddy plugin that works with both gatherbuddy2 and professionbuddy botbase. It allows you to skip nodes that have a specified amount
of NPCs within a specified distance. For instance i have my hostile mobs set to 0, and my nodes with mobs closer set to 20, what this does is skip a node if
a hostile NPC is within 20 yards. You can set hostile mobs to 3 for instance and the bot will only farm a node with 2 or less NPCs.

Having this plugin has also made profile writing easier, most of my profiles have very few to no blacklists at all, so instead of blacklisting an area all together
your bot can farm an area that normally may have alot of mobs, for instance lets say someone was in the area and killed the mobs, your bot will not skip
it, or if a mob is pathing in the area and is far away at the time your bot flies over it will farm the node!

How do i Install it?
Copy the zip file below into your Plugins folder. Select it from the plugins list and adjust the settings as you see fit. My personal preference is to set the hostile
mobs to 0, and the nodes with mobs distance to 20. I found this to be a good medium, you will still have some mob fights, but not many, it will also not skip
too many nodes this way. The box on the right is just an extra precaution, if for some reason you feel the plugin is getting closer than the yards selected add
the mobs name to that box to guarantee it will avoid that mob, make sure you use the exact grammar and capitalization, for instance "Akonu the Embercaller".

Lastly since i'm not a plugin writer if this breaks or doesn't work for you i am unable to fix it, the community can fix or tweak it as they see fit.

 

will this also skip nodes with passive mobs in the area or only with aggressive mobs?

 

This is meant for only aggressive mobs, however if you spend the time to add the mobs names in the white box it technically should skip them too, let me know if that works for you.

Sorry to bring bad news, but it seems Blizzard decided to give me the Bannhamer for my birthday, after 6 years of botting with no bans. So no more updates. Good luck to you all and be careful, i was banned after botting only 2 hours a day using my own personal profiles, and didn't sell gold, just used it for my guild. Bye all!

If you got straight banned it's worth appealing, if you have 6 years paid history and no ban before now just grovel lots and say you won't do it again and you will probably get your acc back.

 

Ya, i'm working on it . Blizzard seems to be putting some more time into getting botters especially when it comes to farming, i watched my bot every time i used it, i had it going on my second screen at work and i only used it for gatherbuddy for about 2 hours a day and sometimes dailies. Their detection system for finding bot like movements must work pretty well, if i ever did get the account back not sure if i would bot anymore on it, but on the other hand if i didn't bot it wouldn't be worth play wow, lol, so i dunno. I supply all the flasks and gold and alot of the items for our guild, if i had to do that by hand i wouldn't even play.

 

I'd say you would win on appeal if you only botted 2 hours a day.

 

If you're only botting for 2 hours a day it probably isn't worth botting tbh, can only be making say 1k from that, just buying the gold makes more sense if you don't want to risk your account, if you do a little searching it shouldn't be hard to find someone that'll supply you cheaply 0.5eur/1k or close to that.

 

i use it mainly for our guild, not for making gold, it is interesting that i've never been caught before, and this happened right after i made my druid my main farmer, maybe druids are just too obvious.

 

Well i had a friend just give me an old account, so if i can get my main back i'm gonna farm only on the account given to me.
