    • Max Sessions Authentication failed?

      Whenever I try to log on my HonorBuddy it says Max Sessions Authentication Failed! I have tried restarting my computer, reopening the application and killing my sessions on the website. Please respond

      Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal

      Top right hand corner you should see "Log On"

      Log in with your name/pass from HB(same login), check the ALL box for sessions. and KILL THEM.

      When you hit login again it should work.

      If not, wait 5, 10 min, the session will fall off and you can reapply yours.

      Yeah that's what i tried killing the sessions but it didn't work. But i am confused on "If not, wait 5, 10 min, the session will fall off and you can reapply yours." could you explain?

      Wait for my key it says i am allowed 1 session but it lasts for 3600 days, is that normal? I bought the $35 one for a year

      if honorbuddy is not running, (like you closed it out) the server will drop that active session after a few minutes.

      if you already killed your active sessions and its still giving you the MAX SESSIONS line in the log. then send an e-mail to support
      support@thebuddyforum.com

      make sure to include your key, and ask them if they can check it for you.
