A lot of people getting banned but it seems to be mostly from gatherbuddy. Has anyone had any problems botting BGs recently? Got a couple of alts I just hit 90 on (legit leveling) and need to farm some gear for next season. Sorry for the vague thread but I really can't put myself through any more random BGs after manually gearing my SPriest this week.
I have been on my paladin (monitored about 50 percent of the time) and so far no ban *cross fingers*. But it has a lot of "bot moments" now. For example idk what is wrong with the mech but at times i'm clicking back and forth between two spots in a bg or in AV my paladin kept after fighting bal(horde side obviously) would run into a wall for a bit making it VERY botish. So idk I had to keep also closing out and reopening honorbuddy.
I was botting BGs for about 24 hours straight. First half was random BGs, and the second half was AV. No ban yet.
I've fully geared one level 90 and almost another in the last week using BG Buddy along with The Ultimate PVP Suite Plugin 95% afk. No bans here, in fact I've never been banned using HB since i first bought it early 2011. The only ban I ever got was for 72 hours back in like 2008 for sitting in bg's at the start point using a auto clicker lol
As stated above me, after latest "banwave" before 5.2 hit i didnt encountered any problems from botting BGs. Been whole weekend in AVs, and with my lowbies now in WSG/AB. Nothing at all, everything like before..
i got banned on the day of 5.2 from BG botting, nothing irregular was happening i was just on AV and then got DC and 72 hour ban. Didnt use any other type of bot only BG bot.
