After 5.2 my "bot" wow will only open under my "real" wow install folder. I've checked the shortcuts, reinstalled both. Any ideas? I don't like to bot from the same WoW install as my actual "real" one... kept me safe so far...

Any ideas would help a ton.

      WoW is not like Diablo.
You can open however many you want from one folder.

Sorry my question is a bit confusing. I have two actual INSTALLS of WoW. One with 32 and one with 64. After 5.2, anytime I open WoW it only opens from one of the installs. Even if I open it directly through the C/PF/WoW/Wow.exe, still will open from the OTHER wow install.

hey i had the same problem.

      my solution:

      delete the folder under c / programmdata / >> battle.net <<

the missing files will be downloaded after starting your bot wow and everything will work like always.

      ^^give this a try,
its hard to tell give you things to try since its more of a WOW issue, not a honorbuddy issue.

you do know that you can run the 64bit version of wow and the 32bit version to bot with, out of the same folder. you dont need multiple installs of wow.

Why would someone want to do that though CodenameG? Is there a benefit?
