the overriding factor of his unban was most likely his time online per day. the reason he got banned was most likely due to player report while using BGBuddy.
First ban was because of BGbuddy, second and the permanent one I've got no idea how happened. Might add that this account has been banned 3 times and placed on final warning 4, 3 of them after getting unbanned, one after a 72hr suspension. All of these over the last couple of years with atleast a year in between each.
