Having problems appealing a ban.Any tips?

So ive been using hb for a long time on a old account 2years + account.

I tried to appeal in all different manners, I said I had no job,no life, when I got ported it was my daughter playing on pc. I used god, I said I converted to islam and allah can help them. Ive tried everything. I said I have a lawyer friend balblabal need evidence . I said I demand refund. Everything Ive tried everything. These mother fuckers wont budge. I did not bot 24/7. I botted like 6-10 hours using gb2 and I did the shuffle manually,.

This is probably my 9th ticket to blizzard. How the hell do I continue? What more can I say ffs. they keep saying they have evidence but I know its bullshit.

 

The moment they are on to you, you're screwed.
You can try an appeal, you did and it failed.
Accept it and start a new account.

 

Some people are getting their banned accounts unbanned. I wish to continue but what more can I say? I have poured my soul out.

 

How about owning up to botting, apologizing and promising it wont happen again?

Most likely you are f***ucked in the. But yea. Never admit to being guilty. Its better to sound unknowledgable than admit though.

Try the "Help I got hacked" button on the support page. That one worked for me once.

 

Could you post some of your conversations with Blizzard ?

We will certainly be able to help more adequately if we know more about what you have tried and how they have responded to your appeals.

Typically Blizzard will stop answering way before your ninth appeal and will inform you that they don't want to hear from you again.

You must be doing something there that keeps them responding, so the way it looks, your attempts aren't a total failure and it would be worth it if we could examine them more closely.

GB-ing more than ...well. GBing in general nowadays is risky.

I admitted and did a combination of what you said you'd tried and was unbanned in 2 hours.
also if it's your 9th, I'm sure you're screwed

 

I already have a 72 hour warning and got perma banned some days later.

This is not sufficient evidence. I wish to appeal and to be directed to a higher GM or another department. I know that you do not have the last say in this . There is a higher power than you. I was wrongly banned and wish to talk to the legal department regarding proof . Because I am 100% sure I did not sure and 3rd party software.

I am sorry but this not suffice me. I did nothing wrong and I wish to have proof. Now if you want me to assist me , give me the email address to the legal department. This matter is not closed because no proof is presented. By french law you are obligated to give me proof that i can show in court or else I want all my payments refunded and my account cost, and all the time i have poured into this game.Give me the legal departments email address. I put alot of time on this account and feel offended about this accusation.I have noticed being teleported here and there sometimes. It is probably one of your GM's going rogue. Now There was a time when I was ported and I let my 4 year old boy play on my wow account while I was watching. I did not think anything about it. But I got ported and did not care. My boy is 4 years old, his wow skills isnt that good so it might have looked like a "bot" trying to escape that house.I beg of you, I have put so much time into this account i have played this account for so long. Hello, I have talked with some lawyers. By Norwegian law you are required to present evidence of this or refund me for all of the game time I have paid and all of the money I have used to buy expansions and all of that stuff. Because you have stolen something from me where I have not commited any crime. Please try and review the case again because I feel I have been wrong. I have not used and third party software nor anything near that stuff. This account is old as heck , I have used a lot of my time to nurish and build this accountAt times it may feel that I am a robot since I play a lot but that is only because I am in between jobs and I really like the game. I also have a addictive compulsive behavior problem which makes me play the game even tho I need to rest. But probably inhuman like activity is due to that nothing more. I wish my case reviewed thoroughly! I don't appreciate being teleported around either because of your game masters. You say as much copy paste answer as you want. But I stand firmly that I did not do anything wrong and wish evidence provided or else I feel that I have been wrong.I want reimbursement for all my time played on this game building my character!

Never try and play hardy boys and investigate. It makes you look guilty. Never try and be an online hardass and ask for proof. Makes you look guilty. Never admit to doing anything wrong. People will have a tendency to feel more sympathy for you if you play the "i didnt know what I was doing, I think my account was compromised" card. Then if that doesnt work try and ask forgiveness. If you play the hardass card they will proceed to crush you.

 

You lack any sense of professionalism or train of thought. All of your replies seem random and aggressive. People do not respond to attacks in a positive manner. I would move on, you really don't have much luck unless you claim your email address was hacked.

 

After reading your appeals to blizzard, I found myself wondering how you tie your shoes in the morning or how you have ever approached a female in regards to a relationship.

You do not deserve to have your account unbanned. You deserve a nursing home.

 

I am wondering how Blizzard haven't called the cops on him yet. Probably because it's Blizzard-EU and they aren't so sensitive there to Islamism and terrorism threats. Blizzard-US would have called the cops after the "Jihad" letter.

Cowboyx is in a serious need of an unbanning service. I can see there is still hope for his account, if he hands the matter over to some professional. Jihadist threats aren't going to get him anywhere, other than his nearest police station.

I doubt he approaches people like this in real life, but being polite and civilized on the Internet is just as important.

He should definitely let professionals handle all of his future unbanning efforts if he is serious about botting.

Sucks. I've been banned over 10 times already in the past 6 months. Anyone who gets banned, listen up. I made up a explanation so I can just copy/paste lol, but after you appeal, your reason should be........"I think I may have been flagged for gold selling/buying, I recently sent a character on the same account gold through in game mail. Please let me know what to do to expedite this process. Thank you." I have been unbanned every single time. Key is doing it immediately. As soon as you see that you're banned, appeal and use some kind of appeal that I do.
