Ive been so paranoid lately and have been hitting the ban reports quite a bit, bg bot is as bad if not worse than gatherbuddy. Its always worth ticketing, as to whether or not the outcome will change...really luck of the draw unless you can argue the account was compromised. I say ticket it whats the worst that could happen?
Ya thats what it was like for me on all appeal attempts, just template responses.. Rather disappointing but what can you do
