Nav Server Down - Sun. Morning, March 17th

After confirming on two of my bots, it looks like the nav server is in need of a restart. Lots of the usual log errors:

Optional Client side meshes would be awesome. We can use bit torrent to distribute them to each other. I would at least give people the option to do it that way if they wish because it would make the bot way more stable for them and less stress on the servers for others.
