      could not load file or assembly 'tripper:tools, version=1.0.0.0, culture=neutral, publickeytoken=c40611ce03f849a2' or one of its dependencies. the system cannot find the file specified

      make sure all Hb files are under the same folder and dont use any shortcuts for Hb exe

      I keep getting this error also, and all my files are in the same folder and I don't use any shortcuts :|

      next time you need help please make your own thread in the support section and we will help you out.
      however what you need to do is download and install these.
      Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
      Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

      once thats done restart your machine.

      I believe know what the problem was. When I extracted the HB file the first time it must not have... given me everything? Because I decided to re-download it and extract again and when I did that the new extracted folder had a lot more files than the original. So it must have been what you said not all the files in the same folder, but in my situation it was just the case of the missing files.
