[Stable] Honorbuddy 1.9.5.8 - TurningInQuests/Ressurection/Logging/Vendoring fixes

The bot count Arrow Quiver as bag slots, so when it turns in a quest, it thinks there i still space in the bags..

 

crude fix but just set it to minimum 2-3 bagspace =)

 

I think Hawker already said a lot that special ammo bags are not supported and should be replaced with normal bags.

Ok after reading through all the pages, I found a few possible fixes:

Move HB to a "simpler/different" folder: Tried C./HB/ ---- didn't work

Try reinstalling/installing .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 ----- pending

Try not to run WoW in OpenGL ---- didn't work

Wrong CC for your class? I get an error like yours when I try and attach honor buddy to a wow window that has the wrong cc for the class I am using.

When doing a quest where you have to "click" an item to pick it up - there should be some kind of blacklist time per node. I.E., if a container is on the bottom level of a sunken ship and the bot can't work out a way to get to the containter, it will walk in a triangle on the deck of the ship until one pops up closer to it. It should try maybe 3-4 times to get one, and if it cant then it should blacklist it and find another one in range that it can get to.

another bug: when my bot uses a mount he often spams in wow chat: "you're not sitting on a mount so you can't dismount" (literally translated)

he stands there and doesn't move after that, log only spams:

it just SUCKS if the bot skips looting nearly all the time

 

the quest NPC "Longrunner Skycloud" is not in the database. I get the error:

Could not find quest giver NPC with ID 24209 in database.
Could not create current in quest bot!

i've fixed it by just adding his XYZ coords in the profile for now.

While is questing mode - is there a way to make it pull hostile mobs on the way to harvest an item for "Item Pickup" quests? Right now it's just running straight for the quest object and facepulling everything in its path. It's not a huge deal for me since I'm using a hunter, but I plan on releasing this profile and it's not an ideal situation to have 7 adds at a time.

I've also noticed that it will set it's sights on a certain object, and run to it - passing several other closer objects on it's way. It would be nice if it would realize it's right next to what it needs instead of running past it to get to one that is 30 yards away.

also: is there any way to successfuly escape quotations in a NPC name? "\"Hacksaw\" Jenny" doesn't seem to work.

 

only in this release,after about 20 min in questing mode my screen starts freezin up and laggin out. the only plugin im using is autoequip. When i look at the processes, the bot is jumpin between 35 and 50 cpu. i have 4 gigs of mem and a good dual core,and this never happen with any other release. If i run mix or grind it runs perfect. Anyone else having this issue?

 

Same here. Sorry guys but this version sucks. Everything was fine for me before but this release is just too buggy :-(

Yes fixing this and the targeting in general will make it look way less botty. Instead of running 50 yards past a mob and then just suddenly turning to attack it, how about it just walks from mob to mob.

 

I love this version of HB for grinding. Best version ever! But for questing, it's still a miss as I await more features to be added and questing to be perfected!
