      Just goes to show you that there are many different avenues to conflict resolution.
      Blizzard has a very good sense of humour like everyone else on the planet and if you cater to it it will yield a positive result.

      It worked for me, all i said was "I got perma banned, can i be unbanned? Here is a unicorn if it helps at all." i used the gay unicorn costume that somebody above posted haha

      Unfortunately that account that was unbanned was rebanned just yesterday - shame, I just put a month's time on the damned account and messed around for a bit (including getting a sweet polearm to transmorg for the fun of it lol)

      Bugger :/

      Oh well, maybe the bastards just wanted to tear another $15 out of me.... *shakes fist*

      Ask for a refund for the gametime (if you bought it via subscription, a card won't work), sometimes it will work sometimes it won't.
