Don't worry, I love Theorycrafting I mainly raid with the 1st break point as it allows me to crank up the values on most heals to have a high throughput while maintaining neutral mana levels. I have never compared the results though, so I would say test it out.
MAD will heal as it always have no matter what haste cap point you're hitting. I would recommend doing some thinking of your own, and ignore what other people tell you. If you go for 2nd hastecap, you get a second additional tick of Wild Growth, a third additional tick of Lifebloom (at 16.62% haste) and an additional tick of Regrowth (at 16.7% haste). If you use the recommended glyphs for resto druids (with regrowth glyph), the extra regrowth tick is irrelevant. This means that you only get 2 extra ticks, and if you keep in mind that an extra tick of lifebloom is not that OP, it comes with a cost. This is all very nice, but the 2k spirit and the high amount of mastery you lose is NOT worth it. If you are at ilvl 498+, i think you can hit the 2nd barrier, but i've done some thinking and reading, and i personally don't think it's worth it, untill you/we get even BETTER gear. To compensate for the loss of mastery and spirit, i would recommend waiting for 500+ or even 502+ ilvl before going into 2nd haste cap, so you are sure you have more spirit & mastery than you would now. I my self have 496 ilvl, and if i go for 2nd haste cap, i lose way too much of other important stuff. So i'll wait, and I recommend you do the same! But yeah, make a test. Make a raidtest with both haste cap and MAD, and see if you are in HPS trouble by the missing mastery or/and in mana trouble because of lack of spirit. I would love to see the results in a post here
Could possibly be the new honorbuddy, but was trying to use in a 5 man dungeon today, and it seemed like it would not heal anybody, kept getting spammed with invalid target. View attachment 1028 2013-03-21 10.37.txt View attachment 4420 2013-03-21 10.39.txt View attachment 3196 2013-03-21 10.43.txt
Hello. Today I did my first run as a Resto Druid. In LFR with full Healing PvP Gear. I was the last healer in the list. Didn't do a lot of overhealing as well. And not used a lot of mana So the other healers probably casted a lot more and haven't been as mana effective as I was. But when mana is not an issue it might be better to just cast some additional heals onto the Targets just in case they might get damage. And ignoring overheals a Little bit more? I used the LFR template. Is there a way to "optimize" that? Any best practices here on how I should configure everything? Thanks in advance for your help Haggy
Increase Rejuvenation to around 90 , and Wg to 3/95 and just increase the values ;P Also, don't forget to turn Framelock on . **Healing PvP Gear, can be the problem though. Both, though if u're lower level turn on "Low Level Rotation" in the settings so it uses Nourish & Healing Touch.
Mirabis, first of all great CC... I'm starting to use it all the time and seeing you mention the frame lock thing made me post this, because everytime I have framelock on Tyrael I get awful FPS (no matter where the lock is, 20 all the way to 100fps). I already reinstalled the .NET framework and have it updated. Is that a huge HPS loss like you suggested? and what can I do to make this work? I already tested many times including fresh installs and both dev and release versions of the CC, and yet every time i enter in combat my fps go to 4-6. Disabling the FPS thing on Tyrael will make my frames go normal again... Should I just let it go and heal without the lock? Thanks and again, awesome CC congrats
Healing without frame lock will cause little pauses (1-2sec) and will decrease the performance by a huge amount. Soon ( <7 days) I'll be able to fix this. I've been trying fixes on leaves for quite some time now and happen to have 60+ fps vs the 20 on MAD. Once it's stable i'll fix it on MAD too. For now w've to ignore the lag
This CC is amazing, and I cannot find this setting at all. Been looking for like 5 minutes and starting to feel stupid. My toon is level 55, when should I disable it? Edit: Also, why do you suggest Disorienting Roar and Heart of the Wild as Resto over Ursol's Vortex and Nature's Vigil?
Disorientating rorar is the best one for interrupting since it has the lowest CD of all the talents in that tier. Heart of the Wild is slightly recommended above Vigil because of the overall passive performance boost.
For some reason, everytime my bot group wipes, my druid (running MAD) just stops healing. She runs back to the instance and will port in. Then just hangs out. I seem to be overloaded with errors. Everything was a fresh install, and it only happens either 1. after a wipe or 2. when entering a new dungeon with the bot already running
Looking For: PvP'r REQUEST: Highly Skilled PvP Resto Druid

Hello fellow MAD Users, I plan to enhance our PVP Part of the CC as it hasn't received much love for quite some time. To be able to do this I need some Highly Skilled PvP Restoration Druid(s). Is this you?
Change Log Developer Update 1.6.5 | Speed Ups

Healing Priority checks have been reduced significantly AoE Priority checks have been reduced significantly No longer sorting enemy units by enrages, using DistanceSqr now. Dispelling has been altered to increase speed. Throttling has been enhanced Overall Frame lock FPS increased by 10-15 frames per second
Hi Mirabis what is "leave" ? a brand new cc ? if yes what's the way to take it ? Tks fo your great work
Hey Mirabis I'm currently 11 of 12 normal tot and have been using this cc for some time now and I have noticed it is spamming natures cure and not healing during the trash mobs between dark animus and iron qon in tot. Was also wondering if its possible to make cc dispell matter swap at the 50/50 point on dark animus boss fight? I've had to turn dispell off and do this fight manually. Thanks and once again awesome cc!
