Info IP: vent8.gameservers.com Port: 4202 no password! I made a honorbuddy ventrilo. It's 50 slots. You can use it for pretty much anything to do with honorbuddy (or not?), developing, setting it up, leveling, dungeons etc. PS I'd use a very long password (64 characters or something) so that brute forcing it wouldn't work and IPs wouldn't be leaked.
Anything HB related, questions, just taking to other botters, anything that's already on the forums? I know I wouldn't have any problem finding things to talk about with other botters myself.
most password are only 8 chars long the rest of it is just buff and means nothing, so a brute force hack only needs to find the first 8 char....thats assuming ventrillo uses old password libs when being dveloped...but just saying...
I assume that they wouldn't be that... well... terrible. I guess it's possible, but I somehow doubt that that they would use old out of date protocols.
I'd be interested in talking with other developers but I'd rather not listen to people whining about how "bot doesn't work" or "wut r logs". Would be good to exchange info "in real time" and expand on ideas.
ill be very respectful here.. vent is not good. skype is not good. DOLBY AXON is the best system out there. best yet, and its the future. have to be invited, and can be promoted/booted based on who is promoted in the channel. its has all the benefits of skype AND vent, and NONE of the negatives. check it out. also less IP/CPU intensive than skype.
has a couple of drawbacks, doesnt allow channel making etc. still clunky but has promise. thanks erenion, see u soon
you can 100% make channels .. you just need to be invited to the channel before you can join. removes the nonsense trollers who will join and blast music into your channel on vent for 3 days straight. I wont be joining this vent channel.. but use Dolby Axon for anything you care about and it will blow you away. clunky is vent, even with its little to no options. and skype is such poor quality its barely worth even using.
Tried to talk earlier but Win 8 is messing up Ventrilo (fresh install) so I need to work out what's needed to let me talk.
