Kidkaddy, Thanks for taking the time to post. I greatly appreciate your carefully considered feedback. Will definitely take your suggestions under consideration. Please be sure to follow the steps in the Reporting Bugs [CLICK HERE] post to provide the necessary details for me to act upon the suggestions as without that a lot of detail needed to consider any requested change is missing. Please also set Debug Logging to true prior to creating a log file for submission if possible since that outputs additional status info needed to more fully understand the combat scenario and decisions made by Singular. For example, you mention casting Blade Flurry when 2 or more mobs are engaged, but that should already be happening. Not sure if you included to be accurate in your description of everything you felt should be done during AoE or were saying that you didn't see it cast in your case. The one thing I can see is that Rupture is incorrectly being cast with Blade Flurry. That will be fixed in the next release. Thanks for the post and good luck with your Rogue, Bobby53
Warlock problem Sorry if this has already been posted i couldn't seen anything regarding it in the forums. What Class+Spec are you?: Warlock, Destro/Demo What 'context' is the bot in? (Instance, BG, Normal): Gathering What level are you?: 90 Have you made any modifications to Singular?: No What time (HH:MM:SS) or LogMark did your issue occur? All the time What happened (be specific)? Everytime my warlock places down after flying to gather a node he keeps resummoning the same demon before collecting the node even though the current demon is perfectly fine. I've turned the summoning demon off but then when i manually summon my demon my warlock dismisses it. it just means my warlock wastes 10 seconds everytime he sets down to gather.
Hi bobby! First of all... Sorry that I cant provide a log on my issue atm, as I am at work and typing this on my mobile phone. Found a bug that the bot won't use Alchemist's Flask - Item - World of Warcraft even tho use flask is enabled. Maybe you can have a look at this? If you need, I can post a log tomorrow morning after I finished my shift. (updated Singular 27.3.13 ~5:30am) Greetings and thx for the hard work you put into this! KIBI Edit: Here is a log of it not using the said flask: View attachment 2364 2013-03-28 05.34.txt (Ignore the bug in Kick's profile... also will post this there for another bug)
Edit with a new log: Hey Bobby I can see Fire aint all there yet, could you add scorch if running to the cc when you get arround to it, wount work for me. Also it dosent evokate to keep up the Invokers Energy buff, seams it evokate when it gets to a treshhold of mana. Mage Fire On Dummy. with V in use instanse behaviors, level 90 No modifikations to Singular I wount run and scorch and it dosent keep up Invokers Energy, also it combust a bit to soon in my oppnion, but i could just do that manually, could make a ignite treshold for combustion if possible. (i have no idea how hard these things are to do) Adding a new log. Let me know if you want something else. View attachment 88060 2013-03-28 13.21.zip
I dont have a trouble with Singular, but a suggestion wich would make it easier for everyone. Maybe in the first posts of this thread. Post the working glyphs and talents for the according classes/specs. Because as of now, for my rogue, i think i got 3 talents that are compatible with the CC.
jimbobpete, Thanks for taking the time to post! I appreciate all the detail, but as mentioned in Reporting Bugs [CLICK HERE] where the posting template was copied from a timeframe of "All the time" doesn't really help me. What I need is the local computer time you observed the problem. That post has details on how to observe and provide that information either as a local computer time or a LOGMARK (which eliminates have to notice and later remember the time you saw it occur.) Also, there is no log file attached. See the same post linked in this response for details on how to provide that as well. Thanks for the post and good luck with your Warlock, Bobby53
Why does the Mistweaver profile switch to Stance of the Fierce Tiger? If you're a Mistweaver obviously your gear is going to have Int/Spirit not Agi and do pathetic damage in Tiger stance.
Please, make an option on DK rotation to enable/disble "Chains of Ice" and to enable/disabe "Remoreseless Winter" //leo
Vulture051, Thanks for the post. It shouldn't be, so that would be a bug if occurring for you. Please see Reporting Bugs [CLICK HERE] for making a post that includes the details needed for me to research that for you. Thanks for the post and good luck with your Mistweaver, Bobby53 Edit: nevermind, someone else reported and provided details needed. Fix in next release
alxaw, Thanks for the post! Makes sense. The spell priorities for instances in cases where its available are taken from the Elitist Jerks forums, so those serve as the design guide. Changes to the spell priorities occur when they change in EJ. That way users wanting to debate spell priorities and such have a forum focused specifically on that for their class and specialization. I'll run with the above change and if results are close or better will add as an alternative spell priority selectable from the Config, Thanks for the post and good luck with your Death Knight, Bobby53
What Class+Spec are you?: Druid Balance What 'context' is the bot in? (Instance, BG, Normal): Gathering - pandaherbs and mining What level are you?: 90 Have you made any modifications to Singular?: No What time (HH:MM:SS) or LogMark did your issue occur? Yoassassin, Thanks for the post! Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties. That was an issue fixed quite awhile ago, so I would need a complete debug log file to be attached. Unfortnately, the log attached was one created by copy/pasting the contents of the HonorBuddy Log Window into Notepad and saving. For steps on attaching a complete debug log, see the Reporting Bugs [CLICK HERE] post. Thanks for the effort and will keep an eye out for a follow up, Bobby53
Ret paladin does not attack in BGBuddy. I have tested with old install and fresh install while a custom class for Ret Paladin works fine. Please fix when you can other classes most likely have same problem.
Hey guys. I've come across a little problem with my rogue. What Class+Spec are you?: Sub Rogue What 'context' is the bot in? (Instance, BG, Normal): BGBuddy What level are you?: 90 Have you made any modifications to Singular?: Nope What time (HH:MM:SS) or LogMark did your issue occur? according to the log, 20:57, but it is 7 hours earlier than my time What happened (be specific)? Bot casts stealth about 40yrds from a target, when it gets in range, cancel the stealth and then engage the target. Only in PVP tho. And does not make the problem with another CC. Code: [20:57:35.282 N] [Singular] Casting Stealth on Me @ 100.0% [20:57:35.283 D] [CGSpellBook::CastSpell] Override ID: 1784, KnownIndex: 73 [20:57:35.561 N] [Singular] /cancel Stealth View attachment 5420 2013-03-28 16.49.txt
tehuser, Thanks for taking the time to post and providing a complete log. Ideally in situations like this, a Debug log would be created. To create one, simply set the Debug Logging setting to true in Class Config. In this case, the message /cancel Stealth only appears once within Singular which is only when attacking an aerial target. This aerial target check is intended for PVE only (think of monkeys in trees for example.) In this case since it was a Hunter my guess is that something was making him appear to be airborne (Disengage, Levitate, ... ) I'll make a change for the next release so that it won't check if a target is airborne in PVP. As for the timestamp difference in the log file, unfortunately HonorBuddy outputs all log entries using GMT rather than the local time. That's useful if trying to associate log entries with the state of a server in another timezone, but it does make it more difficult for users to reporting issues. To assist, Singular will write one line so you can easily see the local system time and determine the differential between local system time and GMT: It's imperfect, but hopefully you won't have to poke around in log files too often. Thanks for the post and good luck with your Rogue, Bobby53
