While using the last couple releases both beta and release versions my WOW will crash at random times. In looking at my log I literally have hundreds of these errors: [01:53:50.836 D] System.AccessViolationException: Could not read bytes from 01000F26 [299]! at Styx.MemoryManagement.ExternalProcessReader.ReadBytes(IntPtr address, Int32 count, Boolean isRelative) at Styx.MemoryManagement.ExternalProcessReader.Read[T](IntPtr address, Boolean isRelative) at Styx.StyxWoW.get_IsInGame() at Styx.CommonBot.TreeRoot.() at Styx.CommonBot.TreeRoot.() Then right before the crash I get the following errors: [01:53:50.837 D] System.Exception: Process must have frozen or gotten out of sync: InjectionFinishedEvent was never fired at Styx.MemoryManagement.Executor.GrabFrame() at Styx.CommonBot.TreeRoot.Stop(String reason) [01:53:50.837 D] System.AccessViolationException: Could not read bytes from 01000F26 [299]! at Styx.MemoryManagement.ExternalProcessReader.ReadBytes(IntPtr address, Int32 count, Boolean isRelative) at Styx.MemoryManagement.ExternalProcessReader.Read[T](IntPtr address, Boolean isRelative) at Styx.StyxWoW.get_IsInGame() at Styx.CommonBot.TreeRoot.() at Styx.CommonBot.TreeRoot.() Please Help
upload a full log as an attachment please. http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/honorbuddy-guides/35945-guide-how-attach-your-log.html
10Mb Log zipped up and attached. Not sure if it matters but it seems to only happen when in a 25 man raid, in both LFR and Normal mode. In a four hour raid window in ToT tonight I crashed 5 times.
http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...ed-valid-instance-wow-attach.html#post1101291 we will have to wait and see what happens with the new version
I read about that in the other forum. I changed my configuration to DX9 and I still had the same issue, although it did not happen as frequently. I have been an HB user for over a year now (using DX11) and I have never had these crashes (not one time) until now.
I just ran a 5-man dungeon and everything ran fine until the very end and WOW crashed again. I verified that I am set to use DX9 and I have attached my log from the run. As you can see in the log everything was running flawlessly and then boom, "299" errors out of nowhere. The WOW crash happened at line 2027 in the log. It would seem that the memory access is not quite right in the latest revisions. I never had this issue previously. It started round about the time that Blizzard started doing all these ninja patches. Ever since then the memory access points have seemingly been off a little.
Any more insight on this issue? I would really like to get it resolved or at least other items to check on my end before raid time tonight, so I can stop crashing during my raid.
It seems that during the same periods that I am crashing, I am also getting high latency on my internet connection. Could the latency have anything to do with the memory reads getting out of sync?
I have been having the same issue with WoW crashing almost every time I run WoW since 16769. Different characters, different zones, different CR, different bot bases. Nothing seems to be connecting to one element. I've attached the logs from these crashes.
I just had another crash on a completely different toon and a completely different CR. Same issue as already reported. I am still using DX9 so I know that is not the issue.
can we get a new full log please? if wow is crashing out as well, then i also need the wow error text.
Crashed again. I have attached the following: Screenshot of WOW Error Crash dump from WOW HB Log at time of WOW crash.
I have done this and awaiting next crash, however I am not understanding what the cache has to do with memory access violations.
in the screenshot your toon was sitting down. why? was the bot waiting for something? did it just happen after you pressed start?
