      Hello people out there

      Could you please answer me on a qustion?

      Now its a long time since i used the bot, i stop using it since World Of Warcraft: Mist Of Pandaria

      After so long i cant use my buddy, its a wrong key i got it says! Any ideas of what i can do, then pls help! :/

      Hi, Simondebb, and welcome back,

      The only thing we can offer is to create an account on Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same email address you used to purchase the product. Once there, you've got easy access to your key.

      If you used the wrong e-mail during checkout then the key will be sent to the wrong email, and the key will be registered in the Buddy Auth system to the wrong email.

      If you are unable to succeed with that, then your only recourse is to send email to the BosslandGmbH front office at support@thebuddyforum.com. You will need to provide the email address you used to purchase the product, along with the transaction id of the invoice.       The forum moderaters have absolutely no power to help you with this. It will be up to you to succeed with the Buddy Authorization portal, or succeed in contacting the BosslandGmbH front office.
