[Questing] Bot gets stuck on picking quest rewards

      Hello everyone,
While running Kick's 1-90 questing profile, my bot gets stuck when it tries to select a quest reward. It continuously reattempts to complete the quest when it actually doesnt pick any item.
This happens about 25% of the time for me.

      How do I fix this?

      Log is attached

      Hi, Genuine3,

We do not view logs from third-party sites. Please attach the full log using the facilities provided by our forum.

While we're waiting for that, you might read through this response by CodenameG, and see if it answers your issue:

If not, then we'll need to see the full log, please.

      cheers,

Hi again, Genuine3, and thank you for the log.

Indeed, it looks like you've got other problems going on.

First, we need you to update your Windoze and get it patched up-to-date. You are on Service Pack 2, and you should be on Service Pack 3. After making that upgrade, run the Windoze updater a few times, until the OS quits needing to patch.

Second, please make certain your video drivers are up-to-date.

      If still no joy,
We'll probably need to clean-install Honorbuddy at this point. This means use a new directory, install no additional plugins or combat routines, and do not copy anything from the previous installation.

After doing those three things, if you are still not off and away, please show us a fresh log.

      cheers,
      chinajade

My latency is around 42ms. I have no wow addons and I clear my cache regularely.

Hello again. I've updated Windows and tried a clean install of HB. I am still experiencing the problem.
