each time you LOAD HB you do have to re-save I've found. The author is looking into things like this, but 1 extra save per loadup isn't too big a deal for now.

 

I haven't had any luck doing dailies past Golden Lotus since the profile changer became a requirement. It's a really good idea in theory, but I think something's still missing.

Like the previous poster, at the end of Golden Lotus it says "Dailies completed" and will not progress. Here's the method I use - let me know if it's wrong. I load up HB, go into Profile Changer plugin, and select the ones I want to do that day (based on which character I'm on), and then I click save. Then I load the daily grind profile and click go.

It runs golden lotus then will not proceed.

What am I doing wrong? Missing out on lots of valor points

 

Do you have a hearthstone?

 

Most probable and common solution so far to every "profile is not working/continuing" problem is what I said: use the Profile Changer plugin to edit Daily Grind.xml and save BEFORE loading any profile, and do that EVERYTIME you start Honorbuddy.

As this wasn't needed before Profile Changer came in, and it is very unlikely to someone don't have hearthstone in their bags, doing this should be the answer.

Tell me if it worked.

 

According to the log he submitted (post 790) there was no attempt at using a hearthstone-like item, or casting Astral Recall (obviously because he's not a shaman).

 

Cooldown, maybe?

Well, just a suposition.

 

I believe I showed in my post, but this was what I already tried - check the factions I want to do, then save it, then load profile. Log should show this as well.

To be precise about what I was doing - I started the profile with all factions checked (excluding Isle PVP) and I was on Isle of Thunder. It wasn't doing anything at all. So I hearthed to Shrine (hearth was not on cooldown), then restarted the profile and it proceeded to begin Golden Lotus dailies. After it finished Golden Lotus, it said complete and did not proceed any further.

 

1- Try using a fresh install with rev 188 from these profiles.
2- Delete Cache folder
3- Delete Compiled Assemblies

Only do 3 if 2 and 1 won't work.

 

Hey, sorry for the delay in response, I had checked off every daily profile that i am eligible to run (can't do shado-pan/AC yet), and I uncheck the box everytime the profile finishes once the bot stops, and I start it again with the remaining profiles.

 

I have also tried similar methods, starting HB, reselecting DailyGrinder in the plugin, selecting my profiles, and then loading the profile to run. I've also tried different number of profiles (Actually, what normally happens is that after golden lotus is over, and the bot doesn't continue, i manually restart the entire bot, redo the whole process, deselect golden lotus, then start again from the next one (Tillers, I believe), and so forth, as the bot stops after each profile and does not continue). I'll try a new install tomorrow, but I have fresh installed several times since the latest HB build, and nothing has seemed to work.

 

So that I fully understand:
When you started the profile set, did you start it using Daily Grind, or Isle of Thunder?
You started with all factions checked off, did it go all the way thru up til Isle of Thunder?
Where was your character when you hit the start button?
Did it successfully do all of the Golden Lotus quests?
Was your hearth on cooldown when it attempted to use it again?

You have a lot of this error popping up in your log file (that I overlooked before):

I'm not saying this is your issue, but it was coming up a lot, and I wonder if maybe your ProfileChanger plugin was unable to accept the "save" command and compile its needed info.

Also, the plugin doesn't really rely on Cache, only the profiles do. If your profiles weren't running (i.e. skipping quests/objectives) then I would say cache issues. If your QBs start malfunctioning, I could say CompiledAssemblies issues. But neither is the case with yours so I wouldn't worry about deleting those to attempt to resolve this issue.

 

Also, and sorry for the multiple responses instead of all at once, you say you check off all factions, yet in your submitted log, the bot goes straight to Klaxxi. It should be going on to Golden Lotus first, if checked off. Here's my advice to start, and lets see what goes from there:

1) Go to HB\Plugins\ProfileChanger and DELETE the config folder. (Also, I made an update or two to the plugin in the last day, make sure you have the newest version)
2) Start HB as normal, and go to ProfileChanger's settings
3) Re-setup all your settings, and save.
4) Run the Daily Grind profile (as you have been)
5) If the bot goes to Golden Lotus (assuming Golden Lotus is the first checked off), allow it to run and see if it moves on. If it does, hopefully we fixed it. If the bot goes to ANY other profile, allow it to run through that one, but NOTE that it did so, and see if it TRIES to move on to the next.

 

I'm having to set grind.xml everytime I start hb. Its not saving for some reason. I haven't tried a fresh install, been too lazy as of late. I can confirm that it is either broken or an update caused some changes that need a fresh install.

The only update that necessitated a fresh install of HB was v557 with the QB changes. ProfileChanger, as it is since release, has always required you to hit save on each fresh start of HB. This is not broken. This is working as intended. The issue is known and is being looked into, however, an extra click does not raise this to an urgent level.

 

This was fixed last week. Issue is currently with interactwith's minrange capabilities and is being looked into. Read patch notes kthxplz

 

Which interactwith version i should use? Free spirits quest quest from Golden lotus still bit working proper with last fresh install, bot just cant interact with spirits.

or, here is in the bubbles of quest npc (start or end) and he cant spell anything, but he get not out of the bubble, i must do this manually.

can you check this please?
