No. 10)EU or US realm? EU. 11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? SoR.
Ten(10) hours babysitting your bot... m8, take a break, every hour or so. And stop the bot as well. So you never went to the toilet during those 10 hrs? Or got something to eat/drink? What I'm trying to say, is that a bot goes on and on and on ... no real person does that, unless you suffer from some autistic disorder. Blizzard may find that highly suspicious and may ban your account for that. Which is exactly what happened ...
Wherever you are, any Blizzard supervising program and/or person will be able to see you inside that instance or at least recognise bot-like behaviour.
