HB ARCHIVES: The Complete MoP Daily Experience--DO NOT DELETE

Awesome work! So quick On the quest "The enemy of my enemy... is still my enemy!" I've noticed the character tends to get stuck in the center of a tent doing the "stuck" type thing of slightly turning, walking sideways a little, jumping, walking forwards and backwards. It's been doing this for several days. Manually running far enough from the tent that it's no longer interesting to the bot tends to fix it.

Hello Brodie, is there any way to disable the Profile Changer plugin which is actually creating only problems? I used a fresh HB installation following your instructions, i have only TMoPDE profiles/QB/Plugins plus the ones that comes with HB (btw, there is still the problem with vehicles profiles being duplicated in base QB folder and in Vehicles folder in SVN), but everytime Profile Changer causes lots of troubles, it jumps from a profile to another, it doesn't start correctly, and so, even on a new installation without any cache. Honestly, i can't use this profile as I did before that plugin because i need to constantly check if it's working or not... well if I need to be in front of the screen, I'll play normally or I'll use LazyRaider without an automated profile
Since the profiles is working great but the plugin makes the mess, is there a way to just ignore it and continue to automatically change profile in the old way?

I have a little trouble. Its doesnt make the quest [X] Just a Flesh Wound. He will open the bandage page but nothing else. If I remember honorbuddy stay at the action : CastSpelll

 

Using a fresh install is a good first step. Just make sure that by fresh you mean that you have created a NEW folder to which you installed everything. Then, copy the LATEST version of my SVN's QBs and Plugins into their respective folders.

ProfileChanger is now a required plugin for use of these profiles AS A CONTINUOUS SET. Each profile can be used individually of course, but it will end with a hearth action.

Without a log file, I CANNOT diagnose your problem accurately. There are many reasons as to why the plugin may be malfuctioning, but rest assured that all are easily fixable and 99% are user error (meaning only that it is easy to cause, but easy to fix).

Since I can't accurately diagnose this issue without a log, my first and only option I can recommend at this time is to delete the Plugins\ProfileChanger\Config folder, and re-setup the plugin from scratch. Make sure it is activated, you properly identify the location of "[Rep] Daily Grind [Brodie].xml", select any and all rep sets you wish to use, then hit save. Also note that you must, Must, MUST open the ProfileChanger settings EVERY time you open HB, and save the settings, even if there is no changes. If HB closes for ANY reason, DO THIS after reloading. You only have to run Daily Grind as a profile on the FIRST RUN. If you stop the bot, you can just hit start to restart. You only have to load Daily Grind if HB closes.

If this or any problem persists, please supply a log file of the incident, and I'll do what I can.

I get this error often. Character tries to interact with something but is hovering on its mount over the target. On screen msg. is "you are mounted."

 

Here my good log, I had to cut somes lines inside because it was too big.

 

Hey man ive just started using honorbuddy and im loving it. But I have to say every time I go to use your profiles I want to blow up my computer. Here are the errors im getting and a log...

I also get alot of compiler and C+ crashes.

 

Copy ALL quest behaviors from folder. And preserve the folder structure.

 

Worked great, no compiler or c+ crashes and almost done with the ToT dailys. TYVM sir!

 

So the issues are with PerformTradeskillOn.cs

I don't know the exact issue but what's happening is that it's parsing the spell book, which is causing some errors.

It used to work pre-5.2. So what I did was I dug up my old copy (current 369, old 240 something) and posted it here. I am not going to be adding this to the SVN yet. But I would love it to get some testing. Copy this one to your Quest Behaviors folder (if it doesn't work, simply download the release, find the PerformTradeskillOn.cs file and overwrite it back to your install to revert back to release version).

Run one of the quests that use it (i.e. Cloud Serpent profession quests) and see if it makes any difference. Let me know if it is or isn't working.

There is a chance that TSM is the reason, as it doesn't play well with mods. But I don't know for sure.

 

Not working dailys for horde, Quest Behaviors problem..

Please read prior posts regarding same issue.
Make sure you have copied ALL QBs from my SVN.

If problem persists, submit a log.

 

I believe I had the same problem and I tried running daylies for multiple days completely without mods as I suspected the mods were the issue, yet still encountered the same issue. Only started posting problems I encountered recently because I figured you were busy after the major changes with the profilechanger and didn't know you acted so quickly on bug reports. I'll also try the quest behavior you posted when running daylies tomorrow without mods and pay attention if I run into that quest.

 

This issue popped up with 5.2. Something either in WoW or HB changed then. Spent so little time on it though as there was LOTS to do after 5.2 release.

on console and it wont fly or move it just moves for a sec then stops because profile changed then repeats over and over

 

You haven't set up ProfileChanger for this instance of HB. You must open ProfileChanger's settings and setup and/or hit the save button on every new instance of HB.
