Bump. I personally have been browsing this part of the forum a lot recently and only notice EU accounts being banned. Is that because EU wow population is greater?
There probably are / were more bots on EU cause US used to be more " dangerous " . But for the last couple weeks EU servers are undergoing abit of a " clean up " of bots , and thats why the ban section is full of EU reports.
Considering the results on this forum, I'd say that it's definitely not safe to use GB2 at the moment. Questing-only seems to be safer, but don't let that fool you .. it's never safe to bot. Then again, don't let that stop you. It doesn't stop me either. Happy botting
Just lost 2 of 3 accounts, got one back, waited a couple of days (hand leveled some stuff) then started questing again with HB and was taken down an hour later along with the 3rd account that was also just doing questing. Using kicks questing. 100% monitored when using HB (normally playing my main at the same time on a different system). No groups around me, few players in the area, no one following me, no wsps. All just weird. They have certainly stepped up their detection somehow. Maybe not detecting HB but they are monitoring something.
Hey!! So in regards to your question.. I play from the USA, on the EU servers. im not sure if this gives me some advantage to some who play in the EU on EU. I have been botting mmmm maybe 1 week now, im smart about it ( posted a little tid bit about how to not get banned.) Basically, i got this prograam, and on my MAIN account... i leveld Herb/Mining and went at it. i started with Cobalt/Fel Iron ( to stay away from the "HOT ZONES" and so far it has worked out.. With the bans lately, that sh!t has SKYROCKETED.. Farming Ghost Iron and MOP herbs is Pointless imo. Regardless, i just made an Recruit a Friend account and leveld a New guy to 85 ( as i dont plan to bot in MOP...) and have been botting for maybe 2 hours on 1 off. and it has been good. I continuously switch profiles to keep from the same Path thats detected and switch the bot from CIRCLE to BOUNCE. Maybe some advice in this post for you if you are scared +) but in regards. NO i have nto had an account banned. Got to scared to lose my main and decided spend the 15 bucks or w.e. it costs nowdays to get Cata, and do it that way.
Personally I was too chicken to lose my MAIN account. I've been playing since Vanilla. So i bought one of those battlechest that were on SALE. IMO, HB questing is safer than GB2, or maybe i've been lucky dodging the Hammer.
