In the event that World of Warcraft detects an unauthorized third party program, Blizzard may a) communicate information back to blizzard entertainment, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and/or b) exercise any or all of its rights under section 6 of this agreement, with or without prior notice to the user. "A. WHEN RUNNING, THE GAME MAY MONITOR YOUR COMPUTER'S RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM) AND/OR CPU PROCESSES FOR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS RUNNING CONCURRENTLY WITH WORLD OF WARCRAFT." in the Acknowledgments. section .
I dont want to make a new thread with "intresting gm reply" so Ill kidnap that one. If anyone is intrested why some accounts are getting perma banned and cant be appealed and some not. This is an answer from gm when i asked why there is no 72 hours bans anymore. " Your accounts were closed without suspension, as details of original account creators do not match your Battle.net account. Following this, you are not original owner of those accounts and will not be able to get them reopened. Only original account owner could appeal this decision." So making long story short, sors are pretty much unbanable, or its much harder to unban it, and they're taking it under consideration too. If it was posted before -> sorry.
