Been reading these forums for quite a while now. It seems like EU is getting hit with ease only around the gatherbuddy area while US is barely getting touched. If its the same company, how come US is not getting hit? They have the same detection methods no?
no, they don't have the same detection methods... for years US was always harder on bots such as 24/7'ing after 3 days would probably flag you unlike in the EU, not sure why but they may be connected to the lose in subscribers (small amount). nothing you can do apart from botting less, even I got hit and others who've been playing for years with plenty of randomization... my guess is this was a server-side script one-time ban because they can't do it client side ban as Honorbuddy can't be detected (usually they act within the first 6 months on bots based on historic events, such as may glider 2008 banwave for 1) after June we should be safer as blizzard focuses on other things after those first 6 months of the year.
They exist, they are present it is just matter of time. There is allways banwaves, waves of bans, cleaning servers and others. It is just matter of time.
