HB ARCHIVES: The Complete MoP Daily Experience--DO NOT DELETE

Quest: Bug Off! - Quest - World of Warcraft

As Druid, it trys not to go into the Cave/Dungeon for this Daily. It always try to fly and get stuck and do strange things. My Paladin did this Quest without Problems.

 

Either your Quest Behaviors folder has become corrupt, or multiple files from within it have gone missing.
Reinstall HB into a new folder. When you add my SVN's Quest Behaviors to it, DO NOT DELETE any of the existing ones. Overwrite, but do not delete.

Also, make sure you set up Profile Changer before you start the bot. It was showing signs of missing information, specifically a location for your profiles. You must hit save at least once per instance of HB loaded.

Toon getting stuck under Water while trying to Fly to an Hotspot. Tested this on 4 different Toons, all get stuck there. If i push them a bit to the Questgiver, the Profile runs normal.

 

Fresh HB install. Latest SVN of MoP experience. All plugins installed and all QB's overwritten. Multiple items checked in Profile Changer. Runs Tillers, then logs out and I am forced to restart the entire machine to use HB as it will continually post Loading Profile: every other line and stutter horribly.

I'm going to assume this is an isolated incident. I double checked the code and everything is correct. Not sure why it says its not there unless it were missing (you said it wasn't) or you have a different one, and you don't actually have the quest "That's Not a Rock" and it wrongfully entered it.

 

Got this Error today again with the Bomb Quest at Golden Lotus, just pressed Start at HB and the Quest goes on. But broke down with the same Error, that i didnt have the Item in the Bag, but it was.

 

I found no evidence of it spamming "Loading Profile:" in your log. However I am familiar with this issue. It is caused by either:
1) Incorrect location to your profiles, as set in the settings page of Profile Changer
2) You did not click "Save Settings" in the Profile Changer settings page since loading this instance of HB

To correct this issue:
1) After loading HB, go to the ProfileChanger settings page
2) Confirm the location for Step 1 is correct
3) Check off all wanted reputations
4) Click "Save Settings"
5) X out and Load/Run Daily Grind.

 

Does reloading HB fix the issue?

 

On my site and the Golden Lotus, yes. It stops HB and i just pressd Start, and toon goes on like nothing happens. But worked for me.
I think its a QB Problem not a Core Problem. Mostly all Quests working before all the QB changes.

Same like the Gossip Problem. At some Quest i got the Problem that it is not possible to press "Continue", by Hand its not possible too. You have to close the Gossip Window so HB reopens it and it works again.
This makes the Profile not afk able

 

There was a huge issue with InteractWith with quest pickups. The issue was delay. Addons caused a load delay for HB, causing it to not see that there were no new quests left, and would reattempt to grab a quest, causing fails. RunLua QB also had an issue where the waittime was actually pre-run than post-run. Fixing RunLua caused the IW issue to correct (mostly and hopefully all).

Thanks to the log, I see the boundary case issue.
1) Toon flies to location and lands.
2) Behavior starts, (starts a 'waiting for item-to-arrive-in-bags' timer), then immediately gets in combat.
3) When combat completes the timer is expired so the behavior exits.

I'll work on a repair for the InteractWith defect. (This one would've been impossible to find without a log.) In the meantime, I've give TheBrodieMan a work around for the problem.

Picking up quests seems vastly improved, thanks.

Now if we could just get a decent release of HB it will be happy days.

Thanks for reply. If it would help, I will gladly post the log of the loading profile spam. I posted the log of the run that caused the spam to initiate at the next startup of HB. I assure you my profiles are in the right places and I have click Save Settings until I lost feeling in my finger ;-D

Happens with every toon and always dies after Tillers and ALWAYS requires a complete restart of machine to get HB to run MoP again without the Load Profile spam.

I'm a little confused here.

Are you says that after tillers ends and whatever it is you have checked next starts, HB crashes and in order to get it to start up again you have to shut down your computer, reboot, reload, and then and only then it will work?

Also, to address the profile load spam, it only occurs when either you have not clicked saved for THIS INSTANCE of HB (since you say you have to reopen HB, don't forget you MUST rehit save whenever you open HB again), or if you have identified the wrong location for your daily grind profile.

What rep are you selecting after Tillers?

If I manually accept 'Anji Autumnlight' quests then it seems to function from there on.

 

Yes. After Tillers it Hearths out and ends. Every time. And yes. I must restart the entire machine to get the Profile Loading spam to stop. The next faction that should load for this toon is Anglers and for the other is Cloud Serpents. Happens to both. Multiple gossip frame errors too, but if I manually click close or accept the profile will continue on.

For grins, I just redownloaded, re SVN'd, recopied, re setup and re SAVED. Same issue.

 

The errors you're reporting don't make sense to me. I have never encountered an issue requiring the computer needing to be reset solely to be able to run HB properly again.
The last thing I can recommend is deleting HB\Plugins\ProfileChanger\Config.
Also, I still have yet to see a log file that includes your issue of repeating Load Profile.

 

I believe this log will show the Loading Profile repeats.
