Figured I'd pop this here at the suggestion of the original author, FallenDev since he believed people might be interested in it. It's his act1 profile modded to only run Festering->Weeping->Fields, intended to be run with elite killing on. Removed the random path selection from fields so that a couple of people can party up and start the profile at the same time (I'm helping my bro plevel) and run together, removed leorics hunting grounds because I was getting raped by tree sap. Just make sure the party leader has a quicker gamestart timer than your friend and all should go smoooth-ish, might need a bit of mothering so don't afk 4 bots together with this profile! Death counter is set on 5, edit the xml if you need it higher or lower although you should ideally run it on a monster power where you and your pal don't die, profile gets me ~1000 items an hour on MP10 with a plevel 100 barb and about 350k/hr with gold pickup set on 2000, no idea about how much xp/hr to expect, my brothers peaked and dipped between 100mil and 50mil per hour though. I never made the route so don't moan at me about getting stuck, I just modded the profile in http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonb...iles/act-1/118796-fallendev-act1-profile.html! If there's any interest I'm working on a profile intended for no elite killing for when I'm farming alone, or if anyones familiar with trinity do you know if 'ignore elites' is exposed so I can use it in conditions in this profile so it can be a kind of all-in-one? Hi, XP looks really good on this one... going around 70M on MP2 with hellfire,leoric and ruby. However there was something odd I noticed after some of the runs; Basically it starts with Fields and then it logs right out again, due to no stacks? It'll do that when you interrupt the profile mid run, I'll sort it and fire a fix up in a couple of hours, in the meantime just reload the profile and start afresh!
I don't recall interrupting anything... It only does it when the profile selects Fields of Misery to run as the first area. I don't know why it does that, but I interrupt nothing Maybe something isn't reset properly or somesuch? Thanks anyway tho, it's running with good XP despite the occassional double restart. And btw, just logs out and goes again... no user intervention required.
At the end of Misery.xml file there is no load command for starter file. So, after run is finisged DB reload current profile, hits the NV condition and than loads starter. I modified Misery.xml a little bit and now it works correctly. It's probably because in Misery.xml for the end of run: <!-- <TrinityLoadProfile file="Fallen_START_.xml" nodelay="true" exit="true" /> --> The ! makes it a note, not a line of code, just take out the crap around "<TrinityLoadProfile file="Fallen_START_.xml" nodelay="true" exit="true" />" and it should go back to "Fallen_START_" when the run ends. As it stands it's restarting weeping and then restarting the game due to no stacks.
New Game ---> 10.1 ---> Reload Profile ---> Still doesn't work? Reinstall DB ---> Reinstall Trinity ---> complete steps above.
Remember he used my old code to create this... it may have been a testing map at that time. Or I was fixing something, today if he downloads my new maps he'll prolly update it! Just be patient.
First of all I'd like to thank the people who made this. It's the script that gives me the best xp rate per hour! There's just one thing I'd like to ask you about; is it normal for it not to start over when it's completed the run? Mine doesn't seem to begin again so I'll have to start it up manually. I'm not very good at computers, so perhaps I've just done something wrong. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out on this one Thanks!
My monk gets stuck with the rock outside the right side cave. he always gets stuck there. Or sometimes near the portal of cemetery of forsaken. idk why it doesnt happen with my barb, only with my monk
